We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lady housekeeper was very friendly, and she offered to meet us at the drop-off point and brought us to the hotel within the Furong ancient town. We were grateful for the upgrade to the hotel room at the third floor where we had the view of the waterfall and river straight from the balcony in our room! Although our hotel room had no breakfast provided, we were offered bread, instant coffee and packet milk for breakfast the next day.

What should I say? Best accommodation so far from my current trip. Let's start from the location, right opposite the ticketing area, super convenient, the hotel itself has a very traditional look, small details with the ancient city vibe but modern facility, complete amenities, so very comfortable. Included local breakfast that so yums, and the people in charge, super accommodating! best ever compared to big cities. I got into an accident on the tour and they were really helpful! I am pretty sure that I will come back again. Super recommended!!

The lady boss provided clear video clips and photos of where she will be waiting and the direction for me to meet her at the pick up point outside the train station (prior to my arrival).
The one-way pick up service is complementary as per hotel booking. A value added service provided by the hotel and lady boss. Other hotels did not provide such service.
The hotel is at the center of the Furong Town main street, which is approx 300-400m from the entrance. It's very convenient to walk to any hotspots in Furong Town.
The room is clean and comfortable. It's a modern design room type compared to my friend's other hotel room, which is a local antique design.
The view from the room balcony was great especially at night, although it's not a waterfall view.
My overall stay was great and satisfied.

Very Nice inn with friendly owners. It is very well situated in the Ancient City. The owners can get you a 3 day pass for the city for a reduced price. We booked the twin room in december and luckily there is a heater to keep you warm. The view is incredibly beautiful and there is a cute little balcony. We would stay here again.

It's a pity that they were doing maintenance to the river in front of my room. Otherwise it will be absolutely perfect. This hotel is rustic with traditional ancient local decorations. It really gives you the mood and vibe being in an ancient town.
The service is amazing. Friendly and pleasant staffs which will give you tips on what to do around here. They also provide pick up from the train station which we really appreciate.
This hotel is located near the famous bridge. It is quieter this side. The square with performances is just 5 mins walk. The waterfall is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. No problem getting food nearby. There's a mini mart few steps away as well.
The room aircond is good, WiFi and shower could be better. Bed is comfy and it has a huge TV.
Overall I think this hotel is a good choice for it's location and affordable pricing.

Great stay in a brilliant location, we booked the room with a balcony and it was great, very clean and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and offered us a free drink upon arrival, tasty fruit on the second night, and took us to the train station. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely recommend.

We visited during quiet season (Oct 7 just as golden week ended) and the hotel was practically empty. The owner called us and helped instruct the taxi how to get to the hotel. (It should be 20 yuan to get there via taxi from the train station). The entrance has not been finished building so you have to carefully navigate down some rubble. There also isn’t an elevator in the hotel. As the hotel was empty, the owner showed us 4 different rooms and was happy to let us have any of them at no extra charge. We chose one on the second floor so we wouldn’t have to climb the stairs with our luggage. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to one of the main entrances of Furong Ancient Town. With it not being directly in the town, it’s probably more quiet that other hotels in the area. The view is quite nice, on the left you can see Furong Ancient Town, on the right there is a lot of construction happening so not much to see. The construction was not loud during our stay. However there was a chicken next door that began making noise at 5am and didn’t stop for hours, it was excruciating. I won’t blame the hotel for this though! The bathroom amenities were great, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the owner was very kind.

A very satisfactory stay. We arrived in the afternoon and the air conditioner was turned on in advance. Introduced nearby things to do and eat. It's less than a kilometer walk to Furong Town Scenic Area. When we came out at night, the boss personally drove to pick us up. The service was great. There are three washing machines on the rooftop, self-service laundry, very convenient for traveling. Like and recommend!

Although the waterfall cannot be seen from the room, the upstairs room can see most of the night view. Downstairs is the Tuwang Bridge. The travel photography downstairs is also good. The inn owner has very good service. He picked us up and helped us carry our luggage. It was a good experience👍

GGuest UserI recommend it as a must stay in Furong town. The place is clean, quiet and quaint. The place looks like old tranditional Chinese entrance with modern amenities room with projector and star gazing window inside.
The host is very courteous and helpful. He offered to pick up and drop and from railway station (free of charge) and helped us get the tickets for the scenic spots. He even carried our luggages to our rooms and assured that everything was working fine and we're comfortable. He even came down with us to show the route to reach the scenic spot as there is a shortcut that goes through small alleys. The warmth that was extended for our welcome was really commendable

Staff at the homestay are informative and helpful. Helped arranged pick up and drop off from train station at reasonable price.
Room is clean but a bit disappointing with the towels provided. Looks old, overly used and thin.
The room soundproof was not great. Our room was same level as the lobby and street and just next to the stairways that leads to other rooms from the lobby. Can hear other staffs and guests walking up and down early in the morning.
Read reviews of many old homestays in furong with view of waterfall that the room will smell of sewage but at Tusi Xuanfu it was good. No sewerage smell. Only complain is that can smell other people smoking outside from our room and the water pressure in the shower was very weak.
The free chinese tea set while enjoying the view of the waterfall was bonus. The breakfast was simple, just noodle soup, mantou and instant coffee. Noodle soup tastes nice especially for a tourist like me.
Would conclude that the price of the room I stayed is expensive compared to the quality of the room. The view from the courtyard is GREAT, just not from the room because the room only has view of the platform, and river but not the waterfall.

CCandy SZE❤️A special experience, a small tent, fully equipped, simple, practical and considerate decoration, and there are 2 types of pillows. The service of the little brother and the young lady was very good. They helped to carry the luggage to the room. Although there is a small distance to walk to the room, it is not a problem for young people. The hotel is in a scenic area, relatively quiet, and includes pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station, which is also very convenient. For friends who like freshness and tranquility, this is a good choice.

SSwan NguyễnThe owner is very helpful. He tried to contact customers in advance to help picked them up and take them back to the train station. He has many homestays there. All the room has good view of the town and can easily walk around the town. The owner even gave us some explainations and directions about the location, helped us to buy the tickets. Will come back for sure!!!

GGuest UserThis hotel is the best in China for this trip. The staff picked us up from the high-speed train station for free and also dropped us off. They helped us carry our luggage over the stone floor and steps. All the staff were friendly and tried to communicate with us. The view from the window of our room was wonderful; you could see the village and river. I highly recommend everyone stay here. We are family from Thailand and we will recommend everybody to stay here 👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserGood things: The service is very good, it is a self-operated inn in Furong Town Scenic Area; the location is excellent, basically in the core scenic area, 5 to 8 minutes walk from the waterfall; the inn is next to the water, with beautiful scenery; the breakfast is delicious. There are some flaws: the hygiene is a bit unsatisfactory, there are cigarette butts in the bathroom that have not been cleaned, and there are a few spider web-like things in the corners; the overall hardware facilities of the house are not very new; because it is close to the bar street, it is very noisy at night.

TTomas SaraleguiThe hotel is very nice, on top of a restaurant. The rooms were very beautiful. We booked a “panorama room” thinking it might have a view because of the name. Since it didn’t, we asked for an upgrade to a room with waterfalls view. Fortunaly, there was availability, so the team helped us change rooms. The view from the balcony was really amazing. It’s worth adding that the hotel is inside the scenic area, where taxis can’t arrive. Ours left us in the closest gate (Liang Bridge), purchased the tickets, and we walked a short distance (300mts).

CchanjClean, helpful and friendly staff. Free drop off at the Furongzhen railway station. Good location, step out of the hotel straight to a row of shops/restaurants. Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.
