"It was from far the best place I’ve stayed in my whole trip to China. It’s exactly inside the scenic area (so please note that you need to buy the ticket to enter in this area to be able to get in the hotel, and the area is full of stairs and only walking, so you’ll need to carry all your luggage). The room is big and comfortable, great shower, all the amenities, staff is amazing and helpful, even providing tips about which performances are better to see. The view is stunning: you see the waterfalls from your balcony. I loved the place, feel grateful for find it. GGuest UserThe absolute most stunning b&b that is located right next to furong town. No need to stay right in the waterfall, this place was much cuter and cost-efficient. The hosts were so friendly and kind. They offered us tea right as we entered. The breakfast they served was also delicious. Hosts assisted us with any questions + provided pickup service from the railway station. Additionally they helped us buy tickets to furong town + train tickets for our next stop. Truly so warm and kind. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone coming to furong!

The location is absolutely fantastic:
* Just a 5-minute walk to the main waterfall viewing platform.
* Only a 3-minute stroll to Tuwang Bridge and Wuli Stone Slab Street, which are wonderfully uncrowded in the early mornings.
* Plus, a private path behind the hotel leads directly to the downstream waterfall viewing area, even closer than the main scenic route!
* Our room offered direct views of the performance area, so we could enjoy the nightly Tujia folk show (starting at 7:30 PM) right from our window – no need to jostle with crowds!
* A dream for self-drivers: The hotel boasts a massive, free parking lot in the back, complete with EV charging stations! This truly made our stay perfect.
* Opened in 2023, it features smart home technology throughout, a projector, and surprisingly comfortable latex mattresses.
* The owner is incredibly hospitable! We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, and at check-out, they insisted we take some Yongshun yellow peaches (they were incredibly sweet!).
* Even hygiene fanatics will be thrilled: the bathrooms are impeccably clean, down to the smallest detail!
It's especially comfortable for families traveling with children and seniors. Highly, highly recommended!

TThuy MobbsThe hotel far exceeded our expectation with making everything at ease from the moment we arrived at the train station in FurongZhen ( free pick up), then welcomed us with a bowl of fresh fruits, kindly upgraded a better room with amazing mountain view! The staff are extremely helpful, using Chinese-English translation efficiently to show us what places to see around the town. Breakfast is basic ( only Chinese style): boiled eggs, fried eggs, dumplings, baobuns and coffee(no tea) and some fruits(small plums). The room is spacious with clean and comfortable beds. The hotel is only some minute walk to the waterfall and the square. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and good value for money! We would stay again if we come back this town.Thank you for insect repellant gifts!

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed, we slept really well. The large window also brought in plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, and the staff were very attentive. They even called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and ask if we needed any assistance. Since the hotel is in a pedestrian area, they kindly carried our bags from the car and even took us to the train station.
The host gave us tips on what to do in the city and even accompanied us. The hotel also has a private viewpoint overlooking the waterfall. He recommended some restaurants and bars as well, and the one we tried was good.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff is polite in they do what they can to help you they were very kind to us they gave us free rides from the train station and back to the train station. We had a problem getting the Heat to work and they helped us with it they don't speak any English but they use telephone translators. If you need a lift I don't recommend this hotel we were on the fourth floor and it was difficult caring the bags up and down the stairs however they did send a boy up to help with the heavy bag the hotel is quite expensive for what it is and the small town is cute but the food at the restaurants is 2 times the cost of normal Chinese prices and you have to pay 60 cny to enter the town so that makes everything very expensive it's basically a cute tourist trap. Oh by the way they're delicious breakfast is very good in the morning

BBibiBrakiWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a great view of the old town. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The service was excellent and very attentive, and the free shuttle to the train station was very convenient.
The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a 5-minute walk to the old town – which is actually perfect, since the old town can get quite noisy at night with loud music. The hotel also has a nice pool, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is available, though it mainly consists of Chinese dishes.
Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

10/10 Location : This hotel is right next to the scenic viewing platform to see whole waterfall with the old village. You can't see the waterfall from the room (nice for us since we don't want disturbing sound when we sleep) but replace with very beautiful and calm river view. Each room place separately and have different scenery. It's hard to tell which room you would get when you book the room via Trip.com but the 8805 and 8806 we stayed both have wonderful scenery.
10/10 Service : Hotel staff was very helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to the rooms. They don't have enough staffs in my opinion.
8/10 Facilities : Breakfast is easy and delicious. Room and bathroom facilities are just enough. About drop off, they will drop you to the back entrance of Fenghuang Village area. You will need to walk from the road, pass the alley - the ticket gate, then arrive at the hotel entrance not too far. This hotel may not convenient for elderly.
6/10 Cleanliness : Actually it not all that bad. The room 8805 and 8806 were quite clean minus only the air conditioner when we switch to heater, it smell (may be visitors rarely use heater). But the room 8803 is quite dirty (I guess it's because 8803 is not the frequently occupied room but they give us this room because they want us to stay close to each other). And It's such a shame that they have such a beautiful place but didn't take care of the weeds to allow for the full view from the room.

GGuest UserThis hotel provides free shuttle service from Fenghuang highspeed railway station. Upon arriving, lady boss came to the main entrance of the scenic area to pick us up. We had to drag our heavy luggage about 100m to reach the hotel. It was well located inside the scenic area. Very quiet at night and we wouldn’t be disturbed by the tourists at all. Our room is located on the highest floor with a balcony overseeing the view of Furong town. Our room came with a mahjong table and we fully utilised it at night before sleeping. Room was clean. Lady boss also assisted us to book shuttle taxi to the railway station the next working day (self paid). Overall, would recommend this hotel for those who preferred quieter space.
