Excellent hotel by the river. Before you arrive they will want to ensure you arrive at the hotel without difficulties. They provide a complimentary ride to hotel from railway station , a staff will greet you at the entrance to ancient town where the hotel is located when you arrive.. Carried your luggage, assist you all the way to your room. You can expect meticulous attention from the lady boss. The room is very comfortable. The view of the river and the soothing waterfall is very therapeutic. I can live here permanently. Check out is seamless and a small gift await your departure. What else can you ask for? I’m pretty sure this hotel is in the best location in Furong! The views of the waterfall are spectacular! My room had a balcony and I swear I had the best room in the town! They added me on WeChat and we were able to message on that and use a translate button to understand each other, as they don’t speak English. The hotel also has a rooftop that has incredible views over the waterfall too. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station for free. They also allowed me to fly my drone from the rooftop which was great because it allowed me to keep an eye on it! You don’t need long in Furong, one or two nights maximum, but you may as well book a hotel with the best views, so stay here!

Hotel is clean,hotel has restaurant open for public The hotel is inside the furongzhen scenic area that will need a ticket to get in(but u will need to buy it eventually to see the waterfall),i buy it cheaper from trip.com. Inside the area u will find restaurants etc Owner(the one who receive us) is very responsive by trip.com chat or wechat, and he is very helpful. He told me to go around right after we arrived which is already late(23.30). He told me to see the waterfall at night first which is very beautiful because the light will be off at 24.00

I had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges. For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station. About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey. Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town.

Very nice hotel, the view is amazing and the owner very nice. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The hotel is at one of the entrance of the scenic area so very easy to access. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is exquisite. We were upgraded to a room with a view to the old city and it was just perfect. The room is very clean and it has a charm of its own. The room and the beds are very big and tastefully decorated. You are in walking distance from everything, but it is also very quiet. The lady at the reception was very helpful and very nice. 100% recommended!

Very cosy hotel with great view of Furong! The hotel provides all the information on the shows that are taking place in the old town and waterfall which is a 5min walk from the hotel. The hotel provides pick-up and drop off services to the railway. The beds are very comfortable and the room is foreseen of a fly screen. Would definitely recommend for everyone looking to visit this beautiful town.

This property didn't disappoint us at all, thanks to the help from young gentlemen here from picking us up at the back entrance and treating us to afternoon tea. The hotel is right next to the main waterfall. We can actually see one side of the waterfall from our room balcony. Every room here comes with traditional wooden decorations and a heating unit to keep us warm in cold days. Breakfast was amazing! Everything works perfectly!

Hi from Malaysia, everything is as describe in the details of booking. The room is pretty and the view is what was expected. Im attached here view from our room. In order to enter the furong town, you have to buy ticket. But the hotel help us by taking us to the ticket counter nearby entry of furong town. The hotel also provides free pick up service. They pick up us at furongzhen station and drop us directly at the hotel. So there was no issue of finding the exact location of the hotel. But for all of this, make sure to we chat them earlier from your booking date and tell them your request. They will also drop you back to the train station after check out. During winter, the heater is functioning well. The room is perfect for short escape to the furong town. You can rest well if you book this hotel coz basically all attraction is walking distance. But for my personal view, if you went to furong town for the waterfall view, you dont need to book hotel like this, coz everywhere in the city is photo spot and pretty. You can just make it quick day trip.

The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!
