Best Emeishan Hotels

"Overall, it is very good. The food in the B&B is delicious and beautiful, but the price is a little expensive. The room layout is comfortable, transparent and spacious, especially the bathroom, which feels very good. The scenery is good, and there is no discrepancy between the picture and reality. The furniture, lighting and other decorations of the B&B are very textured and comfortable. I would like to mention a few small points that I personally think are useful for improving the experience: 1. Most hotels and B&Bs will prepare tea bags and coffee, but there are only relatively cheap fruits and snacks in the room, which is really not in line with the room rate of a thousand yuan. 2. Since the B&B has its own coffee shop, can the coffee shop become an additional experience for the guests? For example, enjoy a free cup of coffee per person when checking in. The cost of coffee is low, and making this a unique experience for guests (or guests have a discount price) will give people a more value-for-money experience. 3. The quality of the coffee is not very good. I ordered a cup, which was absolutely over-extracted. The taste was already uncomfortable and bitter, or the beans were not very deep roasted, and it was not very good. And the top-level modoli in Chengdu has not been sold at the price of lying on the island. It is recommended to at least make the product worth the price. 4. Breakfast is served at the check-in area. Although the staff can provide service in time, the noise from walking and talking is a bit loud, which affects the privacy of the space and makes people feel a little uncomfortable."

"the stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))"

"The hotel room is clean and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart furniture is very practical, and the curtains and TV can be voice controlled. The room rate includes hot springs and buffet breakfast, and the freshly cooked noodles stall is especially recommended. The location of the hotel is also OK, it only takes 8 minutes to walk to the place where the tourist bus is. After playing, soak in the hot spring to relieve fatigue. The overall experience exceeded expectations!"

"The hotel is located in a residential area, which is very quiet. However, the front desk is not obvious and you need to call to find it. After navigating into the area, you will see hotels everywhere. But his price is indeed an advantage, and the room is big enough, it is the kind of apartment with one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. It has a parent-child feeling, but the hygiene is not very clean. Many corners were not cleaned properly."

"Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied."

"The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!"

"The room was great! The bay window even had a super comfortable cushion that became a perfect play area for our two kids. They loved it so much that they actually chose to sleep on it instead of the bed! Inside the lobby, there are long sofas for guests to relax on, and they even provide games like Gobang, Chinese chess, and LEGO blocks. It's truly ideal for families traveling with children. The indoor heated swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep, making it perfect for kids. The outdoor hot springs are nestled within a tranquil bamboo forest. The serene setting, with wisps of steam rising, creates a truly Zen-like atmosphere, making you feel as if you've discovered a secluded paradise. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. For lunch and dinner, guests can also order from the hotel restaurant, which offers reasonable prices and guaranteed hygiene. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Mount Emei."

"Our hotel stay was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious options. The hotel views were absolutely stunning, offering a truly therapeutic ambiance that reminded us of a Miyazaki film. In the evenings, taking the shuttle bus, we enjoyed the gentle breeze while admiring the distant golden rooftops, the expansive forests, and the ripening rice fields. A special shout-out to Xiaoling for her exceptionally thoughtful service, including delicious coffee, building blocks for the kids, and even a grape souvenir."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect right in between the start of the mountain and the small town with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were stunning and clean with many amenities that all worked perfectly. We deeply appreciated the coffee machine in the room as well as the tea and filtered water! The service was incredible and the staff really went out of their way to accomodate any of our requests or needs. They turned on the hottub every evening at 6:30 so it would be filled for us once we returned! Not to mention the breakfast was the best breakfast i’ve tried in all of China! Thank you for making my birthday so special. Highly recommend !"
