"The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows. They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay."

"The hotel is in a great location, between the First Church and the train station, and more than 100 meters away from Countdown supermarket, which is convenient for shopping and can also solve the 90-minute parking problem. There is an elevator. The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, and the living room is very comfortable. The only problem is that the door hinge is too tight, which makes it inconvenient to open and close the door."

"This is my first time staying in a fully self-service motel. The guest's name will be written on the sign at the door. Simple and clear x Facilities: Fully equipped with tableware, tea bags, microwave, and cups, all carefully prepared, but you need to bring your own slippers. This is the same in almost any hotel (in New Zealand) The mattress is super comfortable and supportive. Very good sleep. Hygiene: clean, spotless, satisfactory, cost-effective Environment: Quiet residential area. I saw a kitten in the morning. Neat, clean and bright Service: Although it is self-service, because I arrived very late at night, the owner left a light for me, which was very warm. Thank you also to Ctrip for your service. My phone card is a data card I bought but I couldn’t make calls. They helped me patiently communicate with the store and it was very timely!"

"The location is very good, just opposite the Octagonal Pavilion. The hotel facilities are a bit old, which is why I like it, including the elevator buttons, which are old but well maintained and function normally. There is a casino in the hotel, which is doing good business."

"This was a lovely motel for my husband and dog. Very clean, good bed, two tvs and complimentary teas, coffees and bathroom shampoos abd body wash. Shower was hot and good pressure. Had a good heater and electric blanket. Good value for money. Would definitely go back again."
