The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!

Great, spacious, clean, comfortable loft. Would definitely stay there again. It's a little ways from downtown, but there's a New World supermarket and restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance.
There is assigned parking, but it's a little tight getting in and out.

Unfortunately, there is a construction site opposite, so the view is blocked. But the landlords, the old ladies, are very welcoming. Parking is very convenient, right at the door. Our house is on the first floor, and the sound insulation is not very good. The buildings here are all wooden structures, so there may be noise when people upstairs walk. But overall it is really good, and the room is very large.
But Ctrip said there is conditioner, but it actually doesn't.

We can not say anything about the service as we have never met this. When we arrived, our name with room number was on a blackboard, the key was in the door. Since we left the room until noon, the room was not made. Room facilities, location, parking, etc. are good, the window for daylight could be larger.

The room is quite big, there are two small beds, very clean and the facilities are very complete. Check in may go next door. The uncle at the front desk is very kind and will introduce the various attractions of Danitin. The surrounding road is being built, driving is not very good, overall it is a pleasant stay.

Motel is very close to Otago University. It’s okay to go to a new university in New Zealand. The historic clock tower is pretty and majestic. Turn right at the hotel crossroads and eat at the restaurant. Walk to Dunedin Railway Station. 20 minutes. The interior of the Motel is the normal level in New Zealand. The boss is very enthusiastic. The ice cream is given in the room. The room size is not large with a microwave oven. The parking door is a one-way street and can only turn left.

There is a microwave refrigerator, it is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy things and simply cook some food. The hot water is also very good, it is very comfortable to take a shower after a day of playing. The parking space is a guest, and the extra vehicle charges. I left earlier, they hadn't been to work yet, just stuffing the door card into the box at their door.

IIronZZVery beautiful! The hotel is the reception grandma's own house. It looks a bit old, but it is very clean and comfortable! The entrance, that is, the street, is full of various flowers, which is very beautiful! The grandma is also very enthusiastic. As for Dunedin, the location of the hotel is relatively inconvenient. You need to drive to anywhere. But the attractions we visited basically require a long drive, which doesn't matter. It's just an ordinary motel.

PPhilippa16This hotel is very handy to central Dunedin. The unit was warm when we used 2 lots of heating sources. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great little kitchenette. Bathroom was OK, no ventilation system to extract moisture, so just had to keep windows open. (A tad chilly)
My only minus was how much street noise and student noise we heard every night. Hard to get to sleep. However this is not a fault of the hotel.

SSilawanIdeal location if you want to avoid town and stay near the beach. I enjoyed evening walk from hotel to Saint Kilda beach. It was less than 5 km for return trip.
