"The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows.
They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay."

"Stayed in Dunedin for one night and chose this motel which is relatively centrally located. It has free parking and plenty of parking spaces. The two bedrooms are small but fully functional, with one king-size bed and one twin bed. The living room is relatively large. The kitchen is at the entrance. Although there are kitchen utensils, the place is small and not very convenient. It does not allow for cooking with strong odors, so we made breakfast. The bathroom is very small, comparable to that in Japan, but the room is very clean and tidy. The landlord is very friendly and helps with luggage. There is no elevator in this hotel! You can walk to the Botanical Gardens and the University of Otago, and other attractions are only a few minutes drive away. Parking here is quite convenient, and the beach is about 15 minutes away by car."

"Travel to Queenstown, choose to stop for a short day via Danidin, spend a night at Dunidin Motel and Villa, very satisfied! The lady at the reception was very warm and welcoming, and introduced Daniting's good places and food. Arranged us to stay in the newly built villa. The appearance is very attractive. The equipment inside is all available. There are all food and beverage supplies. The dishwasher is very suitable for a family vacation. There are many places to visit nearby, just a ten-minute walk to the city's shops, it is worth recommending!"

"It was a very nice and spacious accommodation with a lovely setup where it doesn’t just feel like a hotel room. Shower was good, had the ability to toast, microwave, and there was a fridge so you could bring food.

"It is an old hotel with good sanitation and breakfast. However, there is no elevator. If you live upstairs, it will be a headache. In addition, the sound insulation of the windows is not good. The side facing the street is full of cars at night, which is quite noisy."

GGuest UserParking is inconvenient: The hotel is in the city center. I walked around the hotel twice but couldn't find the entrance to the parking lot. I had to park on the roadside and then go to check in. As a result, I was told that the hotel parking lot was full and I could only park at a nearby parking lot at my own expense (free from 6pm to 9am, if I remember correctly).
There are two elevators, one new and one old. The old elevator is a bit scary to me...very old;
The room facilities are pretty good, but the ground is partially sunken? Subsidence? I dare not step on it.
Overall, it is still pretty good, but parking is a bit troublesome.

Facilities: Fully equipped with tableware, tea bags, microwave, and cups, all carefully prepared, but you need to bring your own slippers. This is the same in almost any hotel (in New Zealand)
The mattress is super comfortable and supportive. Very good sleep.
Hygiene: clean, spotless, satisfactory, cost-effective
Environment: Quiet residential area. I saw a kitten in the morning.
Neat, clean and bright
Service: Although it is self-service, because I arrived very late at night, the owner left a light for me, which was very warm.
Thank you also to Ctrip for your service. My phone card is a data card I bought but I couldn’t make calls. They helped me patiently communicate with the store and it was very timely!

Jjjx1102The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!

GGuest UserLeviathan Hotel is a classic hotel with a nice interior of the common areas (wooden stairs, old fashioned furniture etc.) and an old style elevator and keys for the doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My rooms is in the small side and if your want a super new and spotless hotel this one is a little bit old and worn which is part of its charm.
