"Very nice. Only cleanliness issue was smell from floor drain that I fixed by plugging the vanity basin, nearly filling it and then flushing the drain. Other issue was single mattress way too soft for my wife who gets sciatica. We turned the mattress over and it made it bearable."

"I had a great stay at Atura Blacktown. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and the convenience of auto check-in and check-out, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. A big bonus was the availability of an electric vehicle (EV) charger, which was very convenient. However, my room was not made during my two-day stay, possibly due to the lack of clear signage for housekeeping. It would be helpful to have instructions for guests. The staff were helpful when I requested fresh towels, but a proper bar fridge instead of a drink cooler would be a better addition to the room. Lastly, while the overall service was good, the reception staff could be a bit friendlier. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and would return!"
