"It's a hotel for transit use. Good location to access to airport.
Took over 1 hour at checkin wait line. Only 1 staff at reception is doing checking while 5 to 6 staff are doing something else with a line of over 20 people.
Smell like smoking in room. Need to change room.
It's good value for a short stay but don't expect much services."
"The hotel left only positive impressions. If the price/quality ratio, location, room stock, food, staff, services and amenities are equally important to you, then this is definitely the place for you.
As soon as you are met in the hotel lobby, the staff will offer to give you a tour of the building. Be sure to agree to this right away on the first day, it will make your vacation 10 times more productive and enjoyable. We had a wonderful guide Anwar, who told us literally everything that the hotel could be of interest to us, its features, secrets, history and his tour literally inspired us to look up the dates for our return!! đ The best guide who is interested in YOU enjoying your vacation.
In short: The rooms have gorgeous views, the rooms are spacious, clean and very cozy. The bathroom alone is worth it! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and, most importantly, there really was plenty to choose from. The exterior and architecture can be described in whole volumes, you can spend the whole day taking photos of yourself and this hotel (we speak from experience). The pool is incredibly beautiful and warm. Every person in the hotel was very friendly and ready to help even with the most stupid requests (we speak from experience 2)
The perfect choice if you are looking for a comfortable holiday in Doha."

"The hotel rooms and environment are really great. The breakfast is really rich, and the Mediterranean restaurant and Arabic restaurant for dinner are also very delicious. Welcome drinks are provided. Don't bring water with you when you go to the island. There is free water everywhere on the island, and there is so much water in the room that you can't finish it."
"Because the plane was delayed, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning.
There were still service staff at the door, very enthusiastic to help with the suitcases.
I donât know if itâs because of Qatar, but it seems that all hotels in Qatar have security checks when entering the hotel.
The hotel is in the only subway station in Doha that has 3 lines. Exit 3 is the hotel. It takes less than half an hour to go to the city and the old city.
It takes 30 minutes to get to the airport by subway and 15-20 minutes by taxi.
(There is no subway in Doha in the early morning. The price of taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel is 49QAR for reference)"
"The location is close to metro station and surrounding many restaurants, the staf Emmanuel was helpful, but I had small incident with the lady receptionist that she told me my payment hadn't completed, which actually I choosed online prepaid option. Finally she solved that problem."
"I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience.
First off, the hotelâs location is perfectâconveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful nightâs sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotelâs dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotelâs serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!"
"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Lux Hotel Doha. Everything was exceptionalâfrom the comfortable rooms to the impressive amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist and make the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Danishba for her outstanding hospitality and warm service, which truly made the experience unforgettable.
Looking forward to returning soon!"
"We had a wonderful time experience at The Hilton.

Perfect
DDr. Saleh Alkawariamazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.
NNaleshWe have stayed at this hotel almost every year either as Doha being our destination or a break point for onwards travel or return and all our experiences have been the best to say the least. However, as some say it takes one bad experience and all good ones get suppressed very quick.
This stay, our first impression at the checkin left a bad taste to the experience. The hotel policy is that checkin is at 3pm and we know that from previous experience and booking details, however previously the staff were very polite in saying the room was wasnât ready or they can check us in but a little later and on some occasions we were given a room early, however this time we were bluntly told checkin is at 3pm and to come back then. Baggage can be held. The checkin staff was either overwhelmed with work or angry about something but he did not show professionalism. He was getting upset with another staff member and was bluntly rude. Dashed off in the back telling another staff to stay in the front.
We left our baggage and came back at 1.30pm with another staff at checkin and was allocated a room straight away and infect got an upgrade. I made the comment that I wish she was there earlier with him standing next to her. His reaction was, âsorry to keep you waitingâ. I donât think that was genuinely said as he had no sincerity in it and straight away start d chatting to some ladies that were on the counter.
Room was good but we got a joining room and I donât like those rooms as you can almost hear everything from the other room as the door is the only barrier. As the stay was for 2 nights, I wasnât going to create any fuse. The amenities in the room like soap, shower gel etc is still in small pack, so if you and your partner have a shower once, youâll have to call to get another set or buy some yourselves. I would have expected better. Bed and pillows comfortable. A/C was quiet but it seemed to go into power saving mode in the middle of the night as you would wake up hot and sweaty but after a couple of minutes it would cool up again.
Breakfast was booked as part of the booking and as usual, it was very well catered. Lots of variety and good quality. Staff were excellent and did everything to impress.
Overall, location is excellent and rooms are nice but starting to show itâs age. Would I return, maybe. There was a time I could say definitely and would recommend the hotel eyes closed but this experience has led to think that I should try other hotels in the vicinity as I feel the quality would or could be better. Other staff such as bell boys and coffee staff at checkin were excellent and very helpful. I wish I had a better checkin experience.
FfranksheuI was warmly received by the hotel staff at 0530am and surprisingly was offered early check into a beautiful, spacious and luxurious room . Throughout my stay and drinking , dinning at the hotel facility, it was wonderful experience all the time. I will return back on my next trip to Doha .
GGuest UserIâve stayed in a lot of W Hotels and this one is my least favorite. The location is fine, though there isnât much in the immediate area other than malls. The hotel facilities are limited. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers and the gym is small but sufficient. The hotel claims to have beach access but this is not true. The beach is some distance away and entrance is expensive. The breakfast is fantastic with very helpful waiters. Although, a bill was presented to us at each breakfast despite our breakfast being included in our rate. I think this was more for tips. Iâve never experienced this in any other hotel in the world.
AAnonymous UserExtravagant, bravo, omigoto, appare!!! The service is very good, the location is convenient (in addition to uber/kawar taxi, you can also take metro to msheireb metro station, and the day stardard pass is 6 yuan in Qatari currency per day, which can be used all day long), the facilities are luxurious and clean, The buffet breakfast (at mosaic restaurant on the eighth floor) was rich. After going out in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel room and found that turntown service was provided (generally non-five-star top hotels do not have this service). Even when taking the elevator, I met a tourist from Europe. We Chinese strangers also have great praise for the hotel. There is a Gelato ice cream shop downstairs of the hotel, a must-try (one scoop costs 19 Qatari dollars). In addition, there are many specialty restaurants and cafes near the hotel. You can also walk to the monoprix supermarket in five minutes, and you can reach the souq waqif market in a few minutes' walk. It is very lively and crowded after nightfall. It is very convenient to return to the hotel after walking.
AAHMED MUSTAFA ALATTASVery nice. Good location hotel near from intresting tourist area.. I want Thank mr / mustapha who work at reciption spically as he made the check in more fast and inform us about hotel
KKonstantinSI really liked everything except the sea, the bottom was muddy after going into the water 5 meters.
The hotel, service, cleanliness, choice of restaurants and service are excellent. The rooms were cleaned several times a day! The breakfasts are amazing, the pool is just super! Children's room with baby sitters and lots of games there.
If you need to leave the hotel, you will be taken to the exit by golf cart. I recommend this hotel to everyone
MMary JuneMy stay is unforgettable and amazing! City view makes me enjoyed having my coffee in the morning. Hotel is clean and room service is great! Recommended and affordable when you are looking for a staycation whereas you will spend less while being satisfied with the amenities. Staffs are very accommodating to especially Ms. Marijoy who assist me and choose the best room for my stay. Thank you and I appreciateđđâ€ïž
KKonstantin KCompleted several stays here in March-April and it's definitely gotten worse in terms of facilities - the only one really being the pool. Initially, there were two sun loungers by the pool (already not too many), but in April the pool bar (independently owned) completely took over - loungers were removed, ugly black-draped Iftar service tables installed, tables added to occupy all of the area. If you show up at pool opening time (6 am), there are some napkins and water bottles around and inside the pool. At 4 pm, the manager (?) of the bar shows up with service staff, they start talking loudly and moving the furniture around, making something that's already uncomfortable even more hard to bear - in spite of the pool allegedly open until 6 pm. Very annoying to say the least.
Music from the same bar is clearly audible inside the rooms facing it, too, which may be a nuisance at night.
Otherwise the hotel is quiet, rooms are ok, with the exception of most shower doors that don't close tightly and, opening to the outside of the cabin, let out a lot of water that stays on the floor.
It's not a bad hotel but there are minimal amenities and the above issues must be addressed for it to be highly recommended for the price.
GGuest UserI was surprised the hotel was rated this low, I really enjoyed my stay during the Doha stopover. The hotel is near the airport, the room is spacious with a good view, very clean, nothing to complain about
