Once inside, guests must take the lift to reach the reception on level 6 for check-in. Luggage loading can be managed in carpark B1, and this requires the hotel to open the gate for vehicle access. In terms of service, the hotel staff were attentive and provided good service. They efficiently dried my son's and my sports shoes overnight, saving us from having to travel in wet footwear the next day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to our room. We were able to enjoy it on our small balcony, which was a delightful touch. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious."
