I have to say, this is the best value-for-money guesthouse I've stayed in all year. The owner upgraded us to a suite for free, which was like two rooms combined. The view was expansive, and you could see continuous mountain ranges from the window. The owner was really nice. My child wanted barbecue at night, and the owner enthusiastically recommended a place that was only a few minutes away by taxi. The restaurant was packed. My child and I ordered a few barbecue dishes, and we couldn't even finish them all. The next day, we were planning to go to Shaolin Temple and then Kaifeng. The owner even helped us arrange transportation and inquire about prices, showing great consideration for us. The guesthouse also provided breakfast, delivered promptly at the agreed time. It had a good balance of meat and vegetables, and tasted delicious. I'm very grateful to 'You Lu Guesthouse' and hope to visit again if I have the chance.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this homestay in Dengfeng. It was the highlight of our trip to the Shaolin Temple area! The Room: The room was incredibly spacious—way bigger than we expected! And it was very, very clean. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. The Location: Absolutely fabulous. We were close to all the main sights, including the Shaolin Temple and Mount Song. It made getting around so easy, and there were great local restaurants just steps away. The Staff (The REAL Highlight): The staff were super, super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. But one moment truly touched our hearts. We were running late for breakfast and arrived just as they were about to clear everything. Even though there was still plenty of food left, we only ate a little because we felt bad keeping them waiting, and we quickly headed out. Just as we were about to leave, the owner came running after us with two packs of milk in her hands. She said, ”You didn't eat much breakfast, so please take this milk before you go.” It honestly melted our hearts. That small, thoughtful gesture showed just how much she truly cares about her guests. Final Verdict: If you're visiting Dengfeng, do yourself a favor and stay here. Spacious, spotless, perfectly located, and run by the warmest, most generous people. We will definitely be back!

Hotel location is good, not far from the high-speed exit, more than ten kilometers from Shaolin Temple Scenic Area, you can see Lushan from the window. The room is floor heating and very warm. There are paper and pens to practice calligraphy in the room. There are two popular restaurants around. The front desk service is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the space feels a little cramped. Breakfast is full and parking is convenient.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and the price was reasonable during the May Day holiday. The breakfast was plentiful, and parking was easy. The underground parking lot even has charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric vehicles. The only downside is that the mobile signal in the underground garage isn't very good! They offer free coffee from the coffee machine on the first floor, which I highly recommend!

It doesn't seem feasible to reach the hotel by public transport, so having a car is necessary. Accessing the hotel entrance on foot involves climbing a flight of stairs from ground level. Once inside, guests must take the lift to reach the reception on level 6 for check-in. Luggage loading can be managed in carpark B1, and this requires the hotel to open the gate for vehicle access. In terms of service, the hotel staff were attentive and provided good service. They efficiently dried my son's and my sports shoes overnight, saving us from having to travel in wet footwear the next day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to our room. We were able to enjoy it on our small balcony, which was a delightful touch. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious.

Excellent location and service. Also found a cute farmer's restaurant nearby, and it's surrounded by Wushu schools, so you can sometimes hear the rigorous training! Very cool :)

A homestay that deserves 100 points! The room is clean and tidy, and the towels and other supplies are of good quality. The uncles and aunts are very enthusiastic, considerate, and friendly (a hundred words of praise omitted here). The next day, we went to climb Songshan Mountain, and the luggage was stored in the homestay. I came back at 6 o'clock after climbing. Because I had to go to Zhengzhou to take the high-speed rail at 9 o'clock, I wanted to rest in the lobby. The uncles and aunts were not impatient at all! Instead, they brought us water and bananas from time to time, and fried cakes for us a little later in case we were hungry! It's really so nice! With such a boss, it's hard not to be happy! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is sufficient. The details are in place, free mineral water, smart toilets, etc., the experience is full! In general, whether it is a family trip or a solo trip, this is the best choice for Dengfeng accommodation! I said we wouldn't steal one of your recycled towels! The waiter said that the towels are disposable and not recycled, so we shouldn't be compensated, right? About the pillowcase. We're only staying for one night. What can I do with your pillowcase? Did you get any lipstick on it? You don’t have any children, so just clean it if it’s dirty! The waiter said that it costs money for us to clean the place and you have to pay the cleaning fee! I'm really impressed. I booked your hotel to watch the Shaolin performance. Don't you know the location and charges of your hotel? It's so unreasonable for such an expensive hotel! No one will steal the used towels that have been recycled and disinfected!
