I stayed with my husband and a friend for two nights. We had a great experience. All the staff was extremely nice, while also making an extra effort for us to feel comfortable and communicate with us, which is not a given in other hotels in China as they usually don’t speak English. We are particularly thankful to Lina, Xiao Jing and Xiao Ming for the attentive care of us. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was perfect for visiting the Shaolin temple, only took a short taxi ride to get there. We had a chance to try the food during breakfast and dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Everything we had was delicious.
We would come back, highly recommended.

The driver in the taxi said that the hotel was well decorated. It was just renovated last year and opened to the public. It was clean and high-grade. Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. I originally booked a king-size bed room with a balcony. The only drawback was that the signal tower in the middle of the balcony blocked part of the view of Songshan Mountain. I always felt uncomfortable. The second room was changed by the store and upgraded to a suite. The space was larger and the bed was bigger.

When checking out, the waiter takes the initiative to greet you and take the room card to complete the check-out without waiting. Shuhua at the front desk is warm and professional, and upgraded the room. Parking is convenient, the transportation location is also very good, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The location is very good, very close to the Fuyang Academy, not far from Shaolin Temple, the front desk lady is kind, the processing is fast, the service is super good, because of personal reasons, the room requirements are noted, the room type is upgraded for free, very pleasantly surprised. GGuest UserI chose this B&B before traveling. The owners are an old couple. They do everything by themselves. It really feels like going home. I couldn't get a taxi on the day I arrived, so the owner specially drove to pick me up at night. It's clean and comfortable. Even someone like me who is a little bit german thinks it is very good, and you can see Songshan Mountain from the room. The child did not eat breakfast, but the uncle made the shredded pork noodles alone, which tasted very good. There is a KTV and a chess and card room in the B&B. There is also a piano to play and fireworks to set off. The children like the small courtyard very much. There are swings to sit on, a vegetable garden and a small bridge with flowing water. All in all, it is very good. It is very good. I will choose this B&B again when I go to Dengfeng in the future.

GGuest UserAll in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station).
Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

MMr.JYAfter a trip to Yinji Amusement Park, I chose to stay in this hotel again. Due to the low occupancy rate of the rooms when I checked in, the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free and gave me a breakfast voucher, which was great. The room was still simple and bright without any peculiar smell. There is a shopping mall (Dayu City) one kilometer away from the hotel. There are many street food at night, which is worth a visit. The hotel is located 14 kilometers away from Shaolin Temple, and it is convenient to take a taxi. For friends who travel to Dengfeng or on business trips, I recommend this hotel.

Free hot white fungus soup was provided at the front desk when I checked in on February 14th (it was not available when I checked out on the morning of February 15th). It may be because business is so good during the Chinese New Year. Travel During the peak season, there were many people going to Songshan Shaolin Temple. It was impossible to arrange the rooms of my friend and I on the same floor. Although the front desk printed the room cards and gave them to us around 15:25 in the afternoon, the two rooms were not completely tidied up. , The quilt in one room did not have a quilt cover, the tissue box in the other room was not arranged and there was still water in the water glass, and the pillows did not have pillowcases. However, after communicating with the front desk later, the housekeeping department colleagues tidied up the room. Welcome fruits were also delivered to us at the front desk. This is very good. Uun_guillouVery familial guesthouse as close as it can be from Shaolin Monastery. The owners cook good food and can drive you everywhere for a price. The wife is a guide, so she's very resourceful about what to see and do in the area. The husband's brother is a Shaolin monk so you can speak about kung-fu with him. We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning as I had booked a room with a mountain view and the one prepared had no window to the outside but I was able to change rooms. With their help I was able to hike everywher on the beautiful mountains around as I was less interested in kung-fu than the scenery.
