Best Danba Hotels

"The hotel room was very clean, with all the necessary facilities and supplies. Both the elderly and children loved it. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helped us upgrade our room and move our luggage. The view from the room was beautiful. The hotel is about 600 meters from the No. 1 Observation Deck. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend everyone to try it."

"We stayed for two nights and the view from the room is stunning. The tibetan-styled decoration is amazing and makes all the difference, but there were also a few downsides which I have to mention. - For someone that does not speak Chinese, it is very hard to find. So we will write here how we did: from Tagong we took a shared vehicle to Bamei. From there, we took another shared vechicle to Danba, and from Danba, there are rural shared vehicles that will take you to Jiaju. I attach the image of the road sign where you need to get off. There is an entry fee to Jiaju town. - Regarding this rural vehicle, comes the biggest disappointment of our stay, as we asked the owner of the hotel to call a vehicle for us (there is no other way to leave) and he replied “you can look for yourself and if you cannot find one, I will help you”… without a Chinese phone number and without speaking Chinese, it is impossible to call a local driver. So we mentioned this, and he called one driver. When we asked how much we should pay, he say 50 yuan for two people, same as he told us to pay on the way here, but his wife was there and got very angry at him because the real price was 15 yuan per person, and he was part of the rip off. The lady was very friendly and helpful, on the other side, so we want to thank her for her help as she tried to help us. Despite this, we still reccommend you to come as it is a beautiful place and there are walking paths that you can use to walk everywhere in town. The shared toilet was not a problem, hot water works well."

"It was a truly enjoyable stay. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind. And the owner's two little girls were adorable. Haha. We had a drink with other guests that evening, and I felt like I was immersed in Chinese life. The owner made delicious fried rice, pho, and other dishes. It was a pleasure to enjoy delicious Chinese home-cooked meals at a reasonable price, and the view from the room was truly beautiful. I'd love to come back again next summer when the weather is nice. The owner's wife rents small souvenirs and traditional ******* clothing at the Gaju*** Village Observatory No. 3. I highly recommend it! It's like visiting your grandmother's house. Stay healthy!"

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — with mountains and floating clouds surrounding the area. It’s truly worth the visit. The room is cozy and well-equipped with everything you need. There’s also a restaurant downstairs — highly recommend the yak hot pot with pickled vegetable broth. It was delicious!"

"Ajiacuo B&B is located between No. 3 viewing platform and No. 5 viewing platform in Jiaju Zangzhai Scenic Area. The location is excellent, the building is Danba watchtower style, the rooms are spacious and decorated in ******* style. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, the bedding is hygienic, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet is available. The landlady is beautiful and kind, and her service is warm and thoughtful. She personally prepares a sumptuous breakfast for the guests, no matter what time they leave. All in all, this is a B&B well worth staying at."

"This stay was a great experience! The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and they also recommended local specialties. I will choose this place again next time I come here! The location of the B&B is also amazing, with beautiful scenery and an outdoor swimming pool. The room has a wide view, and the facilities are complete and new. Even the details are in place, such as the high-quality toiletries. It is worth recommending to friends!  The price-performance ratio is amazing! I was surprised to be able to stay in such a comfortable B&B at this price. The sanitation is particularly good, even the corners of the bathroom are clean. The staff are always available and their service attitude is perfect. I have to give it a thumbs up!"

"Facilities: Air conditioning and heating equipment are available. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The shower water heats up quickly. Parking is available in the yard. The boss will pick us up at the bus station if we don't drive. You can enjoy a 20% discount on tickets if you stay here👍 Environment: It is very quiet to sleep at night. The bed is very comfortable and you can sleep until dawn. The tortillas for breakfast are delicious. The view is full of negative oxygen ions when you open the window Service: The ******* boss is very warm and thoughtful. He will help you refer to the tour route. He will answer any questions and will help us ask if we are not clear. Their local chicken soup is super delicious, real ingredients, and super large portion😋"

"We were very lucky to stay in this homestay. We were a group of 7 and booked three rooms online. The house has ethnic characteristics, with trees and flowers in front and behind the house, like a big garden. The boss was handsome and enthusiastic. He took the initiative to drive us to the top of the ******* village to see lavender. In the evening, he spent two hours to cook a whole casserole of wild mushroom ******* chicken soup for us. The whole homestay is clean, tidy and warm. Highly recommended!"

"Traveling in the off-season, I met a treasure homestay on the Sichuan West Xiaohuan website. The environment is clean, the aunt and uncle are simple and sincere, the aunt's cooking skills are great, the charges are very reasonable, and the noodles for breakfast are free.
