"An unexpected stay that exceeded our expectations, really appreciating the owner's attention to detail. Before check-in, the owner called us in advance, letting us know we could call them with any questions during our trip. On the day of arrival, since it was off-season, they upgraded our room for free and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. Most importantly, the views from the B&B were fantastic! There were little tips everywhere in the room, showing how thoughtfully the owner runs the place. For instance, the shampoo and shower gel weren't some unknown brands like in other guesthouses. When we left, the owner's sister asked me to leave a review. It just occurred to me today that their place definitely deserves a good review. It was a wonderful part of our trip to Western Sichuan!"

"We are a couple from the Netherlands, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zhuolonglinka Homestay — an experience we will always remember! From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest and most heartfelt welcome. We were invited to enjoy tea in the beautiful courtyard, where the meals are also served, and immediately felt completely at home. Our room was incredibly spacious, the beds were heavenly comfortable, and the modern bathroom was spotless. In fact, the entire homestay was exceptionally clean. The owners are not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely caring and attentive to their guests. Every day, we looked forward to breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, healthy and wonderfully varied, with different dishes prepared each day. As vegetarians, we were especially touched by how thoughtfully they adapted the meals to our wishes. Whenever we mentioned that we would not be returning for lunch, they kindly prepared homemade cakes and bread rolls for us to take along, and even gave us apples from their own orchard. What incredible service and hospitality! They also helped arrange transportation for us and were always happy to think along with us when planning our day. You can clearly see that they have built this beautiful place with so much care and love, and that they are genuinely proud to share their home with their guests. What made our stay even more special was the sincere personal interest they showed in us. Our conversations and the warmth of their hospitality made this feel like much more than simply staying at a homestay — it felt like a truly special and meaningful human connection. The sea of flowers surrounding the homestay was absolutely stunning, just like our entire experience here. Without a doubt, this place deserves a full five stars — and even more! We wholeheartedly recommend Zhuolonglinka Homestay to anyone visiting the area. "The B&B is located in the village, offering expansive views. You can enjoy the swirling morning mist early in the day and the golden peaks illuminated by the sunset later. From any angle within the hotel, you get a perfect view of Mount Moltordo. Perched on a cliff, the rooms are quiet and boast unbeatable views from every direction. The restaurant serves delicious and clean food. A small incident occurred when my husband developed a fever at night, and the kind receptionist immediately found a thermometer and arranged for a driver to take us to the clinic. Beautiful scenery, but even more beautiful people!"

The front desk lady was super efficient with check-in, had the warmest smile, and even proactively upgraded my room type! The room was even more spacious than I imagined, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a stunning river view, and essential oil bath salts ready by the bathtub – the attention to detail was incredible! The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, letting me sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The breakfast had a rich variety, and the freshly prepared Eggs Benedict really hit the spot! At check-out, they even gave me custom tea bags as a souvenir. From the welcome tea upon arrival to the waving goodbye when I left, every single detail showed how thoughtful they were. I've already recommended it to my best friend, and I'll definitely be back for my next trip! 🏨💕"

"We arrived late in the afternoon and enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace looking out over the Zhonglu village and valley floor below. We were greeted by two golden labs that accompanied us as we strolled through the village experiencing the local culture and cuisine. Dinner was excellent, with a hot pot chicken soup with fresh vegetables as well as a delicious egg dish cook cooked in a rich, savory tomato sauce. In the morning, we enjoyed exploring the village and chatting with the locals as well as watching a local fellow building a new house. It was interesting to watch him work, carving the wood into ceiling panels that he hung without any nails or glue. We were also invited to pick as many plums as we could eat from a tree that was simply exploding with ripe juicy plums!"

"It is a cheap room in a beautiful place. It is very clean. The location is really beautiful. As a homestay it isn't ideal for people without transport. There is basically nothing around so you are quite reliant on the hosts for everything. But you have to ask for everything. I felt like quite a nuisance most of the time. But the mothers beef noodle soup and omelette were really excellent! They have hosted many foreigners before. Despite this communication is quite poor. The owner has WeChat so he should provide his number to guests so they can add him before they arrive. That way they can easily figure out the logistics of how to get here. Having said that once I did add the owner he was responsive and helpful."

"Great views! The auntie at the restaurant was super friendly and always smiling. The front desk lady, on the other hand, was just okay, not very smiley. The strange thing was how low the sink was, it seemed like it was made for children."

"The hotel toilet paper was of very poor quality, and there was no response when we requested items through the TV. Kudos to the hotel security guard; he was conscientious, responsible, and had a great attitude, actively guiding parking. Although I couldn't understand everything he said, his enthusiasm was palpable. Because it was the May Day holiday, the hotel price was a bit high, but acceptable; otherwise, it was fine."

"This was my first time visiting Danba Beauty Valley, and I chose the Songtsam Danba hotel. The hotel's architecture and interior design are truly a work of art, meticulously crafted. Looking out from my room, the scenery outside was equally picturesque, with the holy Mount Moduo shrouded in mist. It felt like I was walking among the clouds. The general manager and staff were all warm and patient. A kind staff member even took us to the front garden to pick flowers and arrange them together, which was an unparalleled experience. It felt like finding a peaceful home in the highlands. Definitely worth revisiting!"

"The facilities were complete, and the owner's service was excellent. I'm genuinely writing this review out of the goodwill of the owner. The room even provided complimentary disposable face towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers. My husband accidentally pulled the curtains down, but the owner kept assuring us it was okay and immediately came to fix them. When we first arrived, the owner was worried we wouldn't be satisfied, so they let us see the room before check-in, which was very thoughtful."
