The location of the hotel is good, not far away there is an excellent beach, the view from the room is simply magnificent, both of the mountains and the sea. The air conditioning works well and there is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Of the minuses: the room had holes in the floor covered with a rug, the structure that was intended for the TV also fell off the ceiling and gave the impression that the room was destroyed. This did not affect the use of the number, but it was not pleasant to look at. There was a smell of dampness and some kind of odor in the bathtub, so we lived with the extractor hood constantly running. The tap also leaks when you use it, we asked at the reception, the master came and said that this could not be changed, so we lived with dripping water.

The hotel is really near the beach which is nice. There are lots of convenience stores nearby. The lobby is quite small but the breakfast was good. They served a multitude of vietnamese dishes. The bathroom is small and there is no shower curtain. This means that water from the bathtub can spill everywhere. The beds were also creaky and old. They were quite uncomfortable and unstable.

Cctree000An Exceptional Stay in Da Nang – Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless—this is hospitality at its finest! The room I stayed in was on the 10th floor, and the industrial-style interior design immediately stood out. Its modern, minimalist aesthetic with cool tones created a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, making it the perfect escape during the hot summer. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fresh scent made it even more inviting. One of the standout features of this hotel is the included breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast, in particular, was sublime. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience that set the tone for the rest of my day. The variety, presentation, and quality were second to none. If you’re a breakfast lover, you’ll be in heaven here! The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more ideal, especially for a first-time visitor like me. It’s a dream for convenience: the beach is right in front, street massage parlors are located just behind, and some of the best seafood spots (like Be Ni 2) are within walking distance. While Be Ni 2 requires a bit of a stroll, it’s worth every step for the phenomenal seafood. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a room or suite above the 20th floor. While my 10th-floor room was fantastic, light traffic noise could occasionally be heard. Higher floors would likely offer an even more serene experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. Upon arrival, the reception team welcomed me warmly, seated me, and carefully explained all the terms and conditions. A special mention must go to Miss Hoa Pham, the Guest Relations Officer, who made my stay unforgettable. She personally escorted me to my room and impressed me with her professionalism and deep knowledge of the hotel. When I asked for recommendations on sightseeing, she went above and beyond, providing me with detailed suggestions that ensured my trip was fully planned and stress-free. Miss Pham’s dedication and kindness were simply exceptional. My entire stay was nothing short of amazing. From the incredible staff to the ideal location, this hotel delivered a world-class experience in every way. I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. If you’re planning a trip to Da Nang, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. It’s a true gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟

GGuest UserI traveled with my husband, elderly mother and 4 years old daughter to Da Nang for the first time and I've booked the duplex room for 4 nights. The hotel located at a very convenient location with a lot of restaurants around. The hotel room was spacious and my family truly adore the comfort and spaces provided. Breakfast was wonder with wide choices of food. Swimming pool is certainly a highlight of our stay and we love it so much. One room for improvement was the temperature of the room was not even in the entire room which one of the bedroom is too warm at night. Overall this is a very nice hotel and we will definitely come back again.

RRmnaRzAll Good! The hotel is 15-20mins from the airport (with normal traffic). Grab Car & Bike/ Taxi/ Buggy are all available with pick up in front of the hotel. Check in process was super easy. Deposit of 500k is required upon check in. Front desk staff can speak basic english. I was attended by Ethan. He was very attentive and will brief you the basic things about the hotel and will recommend places/ things to do in Da Nang. For other personnel, just use the google translate to speak to them. View from the balcony is outstanding. The noise from the traffic can be annoying but it's the norm here. The music from the beach clubs can be heard but they'll stop playing music at 12am. The beach is accessible to public 24hours. The beach vendors will start to open business at 4am (in average), so if you seat at their beach beds/ chair at midnight just make sure you bring some cash in case they came to open earlier than 4am. It's 50k for normal chair. Toiletries are provided e.g. soap, toothbrush/ paste, shower gel, shower cap, cotton buds. Hairdryer and make up mirror also available. Water pressure was very strong at Level 6. The cold water was super cold though. The mini bar has electric kettle, mini refrigerator, mineral waters (Aquafina), peach tea and instant coffee. Sugar and creamer are not provided. The wardrobe has weighing scale, safebox, robe, slippers. Cable TV is available but all are local channels. TV is not smart TV. Bed was comfy. No bed bugs. Sleeping quality was great. No power source next to the bed/ side table. But there are few at the corner near the sofa, at the mini bar. Room is spacious can fit easily (Asian size) 3 people on the bed, 6 people at the balcony, 3 people at the sofa, 2 people in the shower, 2 people at the bath tub, 2 people at the toilet/ powder area, 2 people at the coffee table/ chairs, and 6 people at the hall area. Just to give you some imagination of how spacious the room is. Restaurant, gym, spa, swimming pool are all available but they close quite early. Security personnel on standby 24hours. . Halal Food - approx. 2.5km to Halal Karim Restaurant (asian food, closes at 9pm but sometimes at 8pm), 3.6km to Restoran Kampung Melayu (asian food, closes at 9pm but sometimes at 8pm), 2.1km to MaxiM Halal food (middle east food, closes at 11pm), 1km to Zeytun Halal Restaurant (middle east food, closes at 2am). There are other restaurants selling turkish and indian food but not sure it's halal certified or they just dont sell pork or no lard in the food. January was chill with 18°C at night and 25°C during the day. No rain. No need to switch on the aircond at night, just open the balcony door. By 7am, the sun was very hot already but with lower humidity.

LLiam-UKThe hotel is in a fantastic and peaceful location next to the beach. As soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean and look modern, and the ocean view is amazing! We loved relaxing on the balcony and looking out at the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel also has a very nice rooftop bar with a view of both the ocean and the city. We loved our stay and will coming back on the future.

EEdThe staff were very friendly and helpful as I arrived. There is no railing or disabled entrance to the hotel. Fortunately I was not raining as the entrance is polished marble. The room was quite pleasant. Nice overall no disabled bars, but the staff got a chair so I could shower. Breakfast was a guess work as there were no labels or descriptions of the items. Food was passable and filling.

HHelenLenThe hotel is located right in the center of the fun park. It’s convenient to get there and when we got to the foot of the mountain, we got registered and they lead us to the cable car. It’s cheaper than a regular ticket. We paid 650000 each instead of 900000. The rooms are themed and match the castle style. It was very cold inside, but we used an AC and a heater. The breakfast is good, many options. The park was foggy and rainy, but very beautiful. It’s enough to stay there only one night as you can do everything in 2 days and it’s more like a tourist spot, not a place to relax. The prices are much higher than in the city and everything closes at 17:00 and 22:00.

AAnonymous UserAsked for room on higher floor, got given one on 10th floor with great views over the city. Room was called a superior double but I've seen bigger match boxes. Very small room. Bed, pillows & duvet comfy. TV has 3-4 English movie channels (after I had to re-tune it!). Amazing infinity pool on roof but to cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. Staff offer to clean your room everyday (we stayed 3 days) and give you fresh water. Great location, cool bar on opposite side of Rd, with mini mart next to that , also cheap launderette opposite bar (Hotel laundry expensive). And opposite the mini mart is Fly Burgers......so so tasty, really cheap and loads of veggie options. All of this within 30secs walk of hotel. 2min walk to beach but again way to cold when we stayed (early Jan). Buffet breakfast is great , lots of choice. Only thing they don't tell you is if you want eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) there is a little counter that you have to go to and specifically ask for. The fried eggs where the snottiest I ever. Had to scrape half a plate of uncooked snotty egg onto plate before eating. Omelette v nice though. The only reason I marked down amenities is the shower. Door has massive gaps so the small bathroom floor floods everytime. Also the water must be on some old style thermostat tank as the hot runs out after about 2minutes.

The rooms were around the elevator, so there were people packing in the hallway from early in the morning, which was noisy. There were convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, massage parlours, etc. nearby, so it was convenient.
