The next morning, Luna was on duty again. She greeted me warmly, asked how I had slept, and even apologized once more for not being able to arrange a higher floor. This was never her fault, yet her dedication and heartfelt care left a lasting impression. She is truly a shining example of hospitality at its finest.
Beyond Luna, every staff member demonstrated the same top-tier service. Ms. Jessie, for instance, expedited my checkout process and encouraged me to share my experience in a review, proof that the hotel values both its guests and its employees.
