CChris LMYI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the building’s cozy and comfortable design, which immediately made me feel at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment after a long day of travel.
Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety to start the day right. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and thoughtful design made my stay both enjoyable and memorable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent—just cross the road and you’re on the beach. Our room had a stunning ocean view, and there are plenty of minimarts and restaurants within walking distance.
Service is wonderful. Mr. George at reception was incredibly helpful and very welcoming, even when we arrived late at night.
Breakfast is nice. There isn’t a huge variety, but everything served is good.
The only small downsides are the bathroom lighting, which makes it difficult to do makeup, and the limited hanging space—there aren’t enough rails for towels and clothes.

EELL❤️The hotel was clean and tidy, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. There is also a lovely swimming pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy a magnificent view of Da Nang. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance! Thank you to everyone for making our stay wonderful!

Dis fırçası ve macunun kalitesini arttırmalılar. El havlusu veya saç havlusu verilmiyor bu çok büyük eksiklik. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Ödenen paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyor. Tripte satın alırken karşılama hediyesi verileceği yazıyordu ancak reception böyle bir seyden haberi olmadığını söyledi, ilginçti.

Once i laid on the bed the pillows smelled moldy and someone with oily hair

The breakfast is above average however the first day i saw an rat took the bread
Inform the staff and they changed all the bread

OOutlander1We’ve been just for 1 night, so it was quite nice choice. Awesome location – centre, but quiet street, close to everything, literally 5-7 min to the beach. Reception works great, the girl was very helpful and kind.
However the level of cleanliness.. I suppose like everywhere in Asia. There was a lot of sand and dust, especially under the beds and it constantly spread everywhere in the room, that was the main concern. Generally room is big enough and good staying for the price.

PPrisca HungI had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!
