"Sakura Quality An ESG Practice" certification is an SDGs certification system for accommodation facilities whose standards have been approved by the U.S. GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council). We organized the 17 goals of the SDGs into 172 standards, went through a certification process by an independent and neutral third-party committee, and were certified by the certification body to ensure that we are working hard every day to ensure a Japanese-style response to the SDGs. This is a certification mark provided to facilities that have been evaluated as having the following certification. Examples of our hotel's SDGs initiatives: ・Introduction of environmentally friendly equipment and amenities ・Recycling/sales of recycled products ・Local production for local consumption ・Development of sustainable products with local companies ・Efforts to contribute to local society ・Safe reuse of water

"Right by Odaiba Station, making transportation, shopping, and dining very convenient. The room was spacious with a great view; you could see the monorail from the window, but there was virtually no noise. The main downside was the outdated bathroom, which lacked a separate shower and toilet. Also, some of the staff's service quality needs improvement. I saw an impressive advertisement for the buffet and wanted to try it. When I went to the restaurant, it was empty, so I went back to the lobby to ask a staff member. They simply told me the restaurant was on the first floor. Thinking I'd gone to the wrong place, I checked again. I asked another staff member, and got a similar vague answer, completely ignoring my question about why the restaurant wasn't open. Finally, I asked a female attendant by the elevator, and only then found out that the first-floor restaurant isn't open for dinner every night. It makes you wonder what the other staff members were doing..."

Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres. Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity. "The space exudes a Japanese Zen aesthetic, with a breathtaking 30-meter high lobby and a stunning dry landscape garden. Even the standard rooms are incredibly spacious, featuring a sunken granite bathtub where you can soak while enjoying panoramic views of the Imperial Palace from above. The 30-meter sky pool and Japanese hot springs are truly a dream. The service is incredibly attentive, almost as if they can read your mind, and breakfast is exquisite and delicious. While the room rates are high, the impeccable sense of ultimate luxury makes it an absolute must-stay experience at least once in a lifetime. Highly recommended!"
