"I took my family and children out for a short holiday, and Kaiyuan was my first choice. The housekeeper, Miss Lei Lei, was very enthusiastic. When we checked in, she arranged our rooms together. Seeing that we brought children and the elderly, she specially arranged them together. The response was also very timely when we checked in. She sent us fruits and mineral water, and gave the children small gifts 😄. The room was also upgraded. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast on the first floor is great, with rich and varied varieties, and there are also local dry noodles. The elderly praised it as great. The hotel also has a swimming pool, and the water is not cold, but constant temperature. The highlight is that there is also a children's play area. We also went to the Dragon Dream Taihu Ancient Town. I will definitely choose here next time"

"I came to Changxing to take the exam. I booked this hotel. I felt that the stay was very comfortable and clean. I also received fruits🎁, which is full of sincerity~ I used the laundry service in the evening, it was very good and clean! The breakfast is also delicious. The glutinous rice with pickled mustard and pickled mustard is delicious. The juice and coffee are also delicious. The white rice porridge is very soft and glutinous. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and professional service of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Guo Yaping, who answered all our questions and provided us with warm and high-quality services. She helped us a lot and solved the practical issues that we have encountered during our stay. Ms. Jiang Xueli cleaned our room carefully every day, making us feel at home. "I chose the Diamond Hotel among so many hotels in Taihu Dragon Dream. The first reason was the comfort and the 2-meter bed. The room was quite spacious and had its own balcony. It was very bright. You could see the tiger in the courtyard directly downstairs. The housekeeper Puff added WeChat the day before and told me a lot of precautions. She also told me in detail about the tour plan of the ancient town and reminded me that we needed to restock disposable items such as children's toothbrushes. The room was clean and tidy. It was also cleaned the next day. One day when I went out, the weather was good and I hung my clothes on the balcony. It rained later. My mother kept thinking about the clothes hanging outside. Later, when I returned to the room, I found that my aunt had helped to collect them. It was really a surprise."

"The room is big, the service attitude is OK, the whole is relatively new, and the location is OK. This room is not soundproof!! The windows are not soundproof, cars come and go on the road all night, and the doors are not soundproof. People in the corridor can be heard clearly. It's good to have alcohol wipes in the bathroom. Improve the soundproofing. It really affects rest. And the bed is too soft"

"We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists."

"I booked a room with a view of Ruifeng Ancient Town, and the experience was quite good. The room was quite spacious, and the balcony offered a view of Taihu Ancient Town. It was quite a surprise to see the iron flowers and fireworks on the balcony at night. The housekeeper, Xiao Zhou, was also very considerate. From before check-in to the end of the trip, he patiently answered all my questions and introduced information about food, drink and entertainment in the surrounding area. Five-star praise."

"The No. 22 inn where I stayed was very close to the performance venue of the most beautiful Taihu Lake. Downstairs was the open-air performance venue of Tongjia Village, where I watched many singing and dancing performances. Guests staying at the inn can enter and exit the ancient town temple fair for free, and can enter and exit multiple times by wearing a wristband, which is very convenient. I went to the ancient town hotel opposite to see penguins, and it was very convenient to travel between the two hotels."

This newly opened hotel boasts new facilities, excellent afternoon tea, and excellent service, including a complimentary fruit and drink. The hearty dry noodle breakfast received widespread praise, along with the complete children's dining set. The children's playground was a highlight, and our two children had a blast. The downsides were the unstable water pressure on the 9th floor, with the shower running hot and cold. The front desk was a bit indifferent and lacked the attitude or ability to resolve the issue. We and our children were moved around three different rooms of the same category before Manager Lin finally upgraded us to the 15th floor, where we finally had a hot shower. Thank you to her and the young man who helped us with our luggage. The service was a bit lacking in initiative. The welcome fruit included in the set menu wasn't there initially, and the children's toiletries were missing; guests had to request them. There was also a slight decorating smell, which we hope will be improved.

The hotel is on the island in the scenic area. It takes 15 minutes to take the hotel's cruise ship. The scenery along the way is good. There are two rooms on the island. We live in a small room with a separate pool under the mulberry forest in the yard. It is very warm and quiet. The living room is large. No one disturbs it is equivalent to enjoying the villa suite. The housekeeper was really warm and meticulous. After checking in in the afternoon, I went to the cafe on the island next to the hotel for afternoon tea. The large lawn of the cafe was in a good environment, because there were tourists in the scenic spot, but the coffee was delicious. I heard that there were high-altitude fireworks on Saturday over the island. Unfortunately, we didn’t have it that night. In the morning, we went to the scenic spot and walked around. The water and scenery of the wetland were good. Every island was not big. It felt good to walk. The housekeeper also took us to take a motorboat to feed the black swan. The hotel is for 2 rooms. With a chef alone, booking meals is very serious, and taking care of our tastes. There are really not many hotels with this feature and service, praise!

Great value for money, the boss's family is warm and sincere, the room is very clean, the dishes are fresh and delicious, and the farm chicken pot is especially recommended! The chicken is free-range chicken on the mountain, the meat is super tender, and the soup is delicious! I ate two meals at their house, which was delicious! The breakfast is also delicious. The fried dumplings for breakfast are made by the boss's family, absolutely delicious! A super expected stay experience, I will choose Ru Ni Su Yuan next time, and I wish the boss a prosperous business!

GGuest UserLocated in a very good location, the opposite side of the shopping center, surrounded by tons of restaurants. No one is speaking English here, but the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was ok. The only complaint is cleanliness, even though the hotel said it's a non-smoking hotel, but the local guests are smoking everywhere, in the hallway and even in the elevator, and no one is taking care of it.
