Cleanliness: There were long hairs in the bathroom, and I was staying alone with short hair. So where did they come from??? If the cleaning staff didn't clean thoroughly, how did the supervisors check the room? Don't just focus on tour groups and neglect the experience of other guests. It's not worth it.

Honestly, I really love staying at this hotel, and I try to book it every time I visit Korea. People have heard enough about the pros, so this time I'll just focus on the cons: 1. The room only provides two bottles of water, and there's no public water dispenser. If you're comfortable with the language, you can call the front desk for free refills. However, if there's a language barrier, your only option is to fill and boil water from the bathroom tap. 2. There's a shuttle bus advertisement (provided by the district office) posted on the ground floor, but the front desk doesn't proactively promote it. Remember to take a good look and snap a photo for your reference. 3. I'll write about the next point in my following review.

It’s a nice hotel, rooms are small, near the premium outlet. But very inconvenient to travel to anywhere else. Tried to call uber, waited one hr, no one pickup our trip.

The room was a bit small, which is understandable. **Hygiene:** It was relatively clean. **Service:** The two front desk staff with long hair had great service attitudes; they were very gentle. There was another lady with short hair – her looks aren't the issue, but I felt her attitude towards Chinese people was unfriendly. When I was getting my luggage, she stood there with her hands on her hips, looking really fierce, as if I were stealing someone else's bag. She gave me a very, very, very unfriendly impression. All the negative points for service are because of her.

It was my first time with my wife here and I was seriously impressed. The location is quite far from the heart of Seoul but it was easy to get to and near the domestic airport.

The room was clean and tidy, and it was super convenient to get to the outlet mall across the street. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Gimpo Airport, but the bus to Incheon Airport leaves a bit late. The environment is pretty good too!

Great location if you intend to shop in the premium outlet. Hotel is clean and spacious with good view of river.

The location is fantastic. Not only is it close to the airport, but it's also just across the road from the outlet mall. The only downside was that the single beds were too small, only one meter wide. Luckily, we're both still slim haha!

The room is nice, with a good environment and spacious enough, but the location is a bit out of the way, a bit far from the city center. You'll need a taxi or bus to get here from Gimpo Airport. The outlet mall next door is great for shopping.

First thing it close to the Gimpo outlet with lot of shoping availabilities, they have a beautiful dinning facility utilised by different nationalities so get it with breakfast included
