Location is good, right in the city area. Very convenient near the market, travel & tour offices if you want to book activities, sightseeing bus, and lots of local food options nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big and clean, which we really appreciated. The only downside is the noise at night. There’s a lot of partying, especially on weekends (Friday–Saturday can go on until around 6am 🤣). The rooms are somewhat soundproof, so it’s not extremely loud, but definitely not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. I ended up sleeping with my earpiece and 1 can of saigon beer lols and it helped 🤭 If you’re looking for a party-party vibe, this place is perfect for you. If you want early nights and total quiet, look for nearby Ben Than Market. More souveniers too.

The room is small but has everything you need. Plus, it's newly renovated and quite clean. Pham Ngu Lao Street is a must-visit in Ho Chi Minh City. Although it's noisy, the energetic singing and dancing of the young and beautiful people are truly exciting. It's a unique experience in the world. Taking a sleeping pill at night to get some rest is totally fine. I loved it!

It’s a hard one to fault the hotel  this hotel has 5 hotels dotted around the main town area so I stayed at 131 Bui Vien street and I stayed in the front part of the hotel 6th floor up the day time is fine but you wait till after 6-7pm it come alive with very loud music they have a rock restaurant next to it and they are playing live music so loud till 4-5am in the morning even with ear plugs in I could not sleep properly.! If you are going here and you are going to be drinking and partying till early hours then this is the perfect spot but if you going to just visit and see the attractions you will regret every bit of your booking the water pressure is very low.! Hot water is not that hot but the room itself you can’t fault it all just refurbished.! So it’s not the hotel fault for me not liking the location I stayed in room 601 .!

My stay was negatively impacted by noise issues. Initially, I booked a more expensive room type, but due to excessive noise from the fire door, I was moved to a smaller, cheaper room and never returned to an equivalent room. While the new room was quieter at first, noise problems persisted from December 26th onwards. This included sounds from cleaning staff, air conditioning/equipment construction, or unexplained machinery noises. There was noise every morning for three consecutive days, severely affecting my sleep and energy levels. I reported this to the front desk multiple times, but due to shift changes, it seemed there was no continuous follow-up or effective resolution. After reporting the issue via Trip.com, the noise situation improved on the last day. If you are sensitive to sleep quality, I recommend considering this carefully.

Except it was in a Bui vien walking street which is a noisy location, the place was clean and cozy for its price 😇 Thank you. I really like the room interior 💗💗💗

I love this hotel. It was THE CLEANEST HOTEL in Asia, so far. My room was big. The decorations were nice. The breakfast was AMAZING. One thing though, I did not know anything about the street when I booked. Do your research and bring earplugs.

666 good clean tidy

The hotel is located in one of the busiest streets of Ho chi Minh downtown, downstairs are pub and dance pool, it gets really noisy at night, if you like quieter places, then it's not for you. Another problem is the bad quality toothbrush 🪥, the brush falls off even I use it gently.

Excellent hotel, with an absolutely fantastic location! For those who love a lively vacation, you won't find a better spot.

I’d admire that the location is besides to the bars where lot of people are having fun.However, they are not easy to contact when you need to clean your room and hard to communicate with. And it’s kind of confusing to find which hotel is it, since it has a lot of hotel buildings with same name.

At night it is incredibly loud on the main walking street. It is like being at the front of a rock concert until 5am. I am not exaggerating your bed and body will shake from the bass. We might have been in a particularly bad room. I can sleep through anything, so it didn’t bother me too much but my fiancé couldn’t stand it. We both had earplugs in but it didn’t make much difference given we could feel the bass through our body. The hotel was very kind and refunded our booking for two nights of our three night stay. I can imagine if you plan on partying until 5am this is perfect. The rooms are clean and the service is great. Included breakfast was delicious. But for a young couple going to bed at 10pm, for an early start, it was a terrible idea for us to stay on the main waking street. It’s not the hotels fault. The street is insanely loud. It’s actually a problem how loud it is. There’s no need for that volume of noise, each club is trying to compete to be the loudest to a point of absurdity. It’s a kind of impressive how wild it is, coming from Australia where any kind of fun is outlawed.

The service is very terrible. Even we informed to do early check out in advance, there is no waiter to carry the baggages of customer and when guest called them to carry, they asked the guest to carry by ourselves from highest 3rd floor to downstairs. There is no elevator and the stairs are too small.

good location also good size of room, clean and ok for short stay who wish to enjoy night life only do not expect peace

Not good service !!!I don’t like it’s not good your worker ,why she til us I get the towel Ang she get my money to pay the towel !!!!it’s big Mistake what can I do the towel ???you ate very scammer !!!! Never again
