This isn't my first time staying here. There was a problem with the TV when I checked in. An auntie came and said she couldn't fix it, so they called security. After a while, they fixed it, and then the two of them actually started chatting. It was past 11:00 PM, and I was about to brush my teeth and go to bed, when water started leaking from the basin like a waterfall. Then I changed rooms, and the TV screen was cracked, and the bathroom reeked of urine. It was the middle of the night, and I didn't want to bother anymore, so I scanned the QR code to leave a comment. Customer service called and said they would report it to the hotel. I asked if I had any other comments. Was I here to stay or to give feedback? If they want to hear your feedback so much, I'll give you full feedback on all my reservations? Full of negative reviews? The location is OK, but the professional quality of the staff is very poor. The division of labor is unclear. Even a simple invoice is passed on to each other. The efficiency is low. The taxpayer identification number is repeatedly written incorrectly. The work ability is incredibly poor.

They said there were no rooms available and told me clearly that there would be no standard rooms available today. Then I booked a standard room on the platform, but the invoice could not be issued on the spot. They said it would be mailed, but they forgot about it and I had to go and get it myself two days later. I asked the front desk clearly about sending the invoice and found it to be cash on delivery. The front desk replied: A company as big as ours will not do cash on delivery. I settle the bill with the courier on a monthly basis. Then I paid 12 yuan when the bill arrived, and then went to ask them for it again. They ignored me the day before, but returned it to me later.
