I rarely write reviews, but this stay made me so angry that I have to share my experience to warn others.
**Facilities:** Considering the local cost of living, this isn't a cheap hotel, but the bathroom fixtures are terrible. The toilet is an unbranded, wholesale-quality model that flushes poorly. The showerhead can't be fixed in place, so you have to hold it the entire time. The floor drain was also quite disgusting.
**Environment:** Since I checked in on a Friday, they gave me room 2178. This was my first time at Longzhimeng, and I had no idea it was a fireworks-viewing room. The front desk didn't mention it at all. I thought I wouldn't be able to see the full fireworks display from the room, so I went to the scenic area to watch them. Only when I returned did I realize the view from the room was much better. How was I supposed to know it was a fireworks room if they didn't tell me? I was very upset.
**Service:** The service was what angered us the most. The woman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly cold, completely mechanical, and never once looked up at us. Her attitude was abysmal. They might as well replace the front desk staff with robots or self-service kiosks. Even budget hotels like Hanting or Home Inn don't have such bad attitudes. Later, when we had questions, the front desk staff were either new and clueless or seasoned veterans with terrible attitudes. Their staff training is absolutely dreadful.
They offered gifts for good reviews at checkout, but I didn't want any of it. I just hope the hotel staff stops being so cold and indifferent.
