The location is fantastic! It's just across the road from Huaqiangbei and about a 30-minute walk to the Science Museum. There's an elevator at Exit C of HuaXin metro station, but no elevator for going down, so you have to use Exit E. The hotel staff were incredibly nice; they provided afternoon tea, late-night supper, and even complimentary breakfast for my child. I also noticed they offer a business lunch set, which is perfect for business travelers who don't even need to leave the hotel for meals. Plus, delivery robots bring food to your room. A special shout-out to the laundry lady – she was super helpful, even drying my clothes and delivering them. She was working so hard, with all five machines running! The hotel was practically full, so business is clearly booming 👍

The hotel is very new, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive. They even helped upgrade my room. The hotel breakfast was also quite substantial. Overall, the value for money in Futian District is exceptionally high!

The location is fantastic, right out of Exit C of Metro Line 3 and 7, on your left. The hotel is on Hongli Road. Walk west along the road for about 10 minutes, and you'll reach Lianhua Mountain Park, Central Park, and Bijiashan Park. To the east is Huaqiangbei Electronic Market. If you head south, you'll find Fanlou Tea Restaurant, which has pretty good food.

The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and a smart toilet – every detail was considered. The smart home control system was super convenient, and the free mini-bar and choice of pillows were a lovely touch. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym and laundry room, making it ideal for both business trips and vacations. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

I had a very satisfying stay here. The decor is modern and stylish, and the staff are warm and efficient. I stayed in a double room with my son, and the most convenient feature was the separate toilet and shower, both with frosted glass doors, so they didn't disturb each other. The entire bathroom was behind the bedroom, so if I needed to get up at night, turning on the light wouldn't disturb the other person's sleep. The room's curtains provided excellent blackout, making the room completely dark once the lights were off, ensuring a good night's sleep. Customer service proactively asked about my experience, and when they learned I didn't like high pillows, they brought me a buckwheat pillow and a memory foam pillow to choose from. The restaurant is elegant and stylish, offering both Chinese and Western food that was delicious and varied daily. I especially loved the black pepper pork chop and chicken chop, which were crispy, tender, and juicy. The quality of the vegetables was also very high. The restaurant is connected to a sky garden, making it very pleasant for breakfast or an afternoon tea chat with friends. Transportation is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside and the Huaqiangbei business district just across the street, making shopping and getting around easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Very convinient, the staff in reception name Koi is super helpful, help us find everything we need and extend our stay for discount price. Free laundry service is bonus point. Hotel is quite new , the only minus point is the roof abit low make the room look smaller but overall is pleasant stay!

Though I didn’t catch the names of the other team members, they were just as helpful and friendly, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus: just steps from the **Huaxin Metro Station entrance**, making it easy to explore the city. And with a **McDonald’s and plenty of local eateries** nearby, mealtime was always convenient and delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for families, solo travelers, or business guests alike. A newly renovated five-star hotel with an excellent location. The two tall buildings make it very recognizable. It's clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. They even provided complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack (which tasted quite good). The only minor drawback was the lingering smell from the renovation, but they quickly arranged for an air purifier, and also sent fresh fruit, milk, and a souvenir gift. Their attitude was sincere, and their recovery was prompt. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
