"The staff were not very friendly, requested for tips though it was included and the beach had a weird smell, there were ants and when we requested for a small cake to celebrate birthday they said we had to pay and stay until 2pm (late check out) to get those services. We were looking forward to our stay but unfortunately we were disappointed!!"

"It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5."

"Three things you absolutely must do in Cancun: 1. Take the free shuttle bus from T4 to T2 to T3; 2. Exchange currency at the bank across from the gas station on the lawn opposite T2 (19.20 pesos, later 19.30 pesos in the city center); 3. Find the ADO bus, take bus 140 to the ADO bus terminal, Cancun's Dongzhimen transportation hub! This hotel is near the ADO terminal, right on the main road, within walking distance. I ate a tortilla for 23 pesos, about 1 dollar! There are large supermarkets nearby, and it's safe. I was worried about getting to the airport the next day, but it wasn't that important. The hotel area isn't far either. The R1 bus, which goes directly to Playa Delfines in 50 minutes for 12 pesos, is right in front of the XO convenience store next to the hotel. It's similar to the bus route from Sanya Bus Terminal to Haitang Bay! The sea is azure, the sunset is pink. I don't know what makes Mexico so similar to Thailand. The tourist areas are basically the same as those in North America. A beef burger costs $15, and a plate of Chinese rice with toppings for a local costs more than 150 pesos, or $7.50, which is similar to Chinatown in Philadelphia. A boiled beef costs 480 pesos, or $24, which is more expensive than Stockholm, Sweden. Cancun is a winter tourist enclave of the US and Canada!"

"Lovely hotel, great staff too. We found the food catered well for vegetarians when requested. Upgrade to vantage club for premium drinks but there are some premium spirits also offered to other guests. We fell unwell and they looked after us well and I couldn’t fault them. Location you cannot walk anywhere with the crocodile risk and being quite far from the main road. Snacks like nuts, crisps would be great if this was offered. Or maybe a shuttle to the main road."

"Although the room is not very new, it is big enough, and the balcony faces the sea. Unfortunately, our balcony is just covered by the roof of the swimming pool in front of us. The taste of the restaurant in the all-inclusive hotel and the delicious ingredients in each restaurant must be praised! We originally planned to be on a diet in the resort hotel, but in the end we threw away all our concerns and started to eat and drink without restraint, and we also went to the coffee and dessert shop every day. It was really beyond my expectation. This all-inclusive is worth it."

"Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the "concierge" (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time."

"Mura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long trip. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!"
