Ibis Cancun Centro ★★★
"The supermarket downstairs from the hotel was great, but Trip.com was awful. I paid, but the hotel had no record of my booking."
InterContinental Hotels PRESIDENTE CANCUN RESORT by IHG ★★★★★
"1. The hotel's location is great, with bus lines R1 and R2 right outside, which is very convenient. 2. The room I booked was a bit noisy, facing the street, so you could hear cars passing by, but it was still tolerable and acceptable. 3. Breakfast was decent. They said bottled water would be provided, but there wasn't any in the room when I checked in. After calling, it took quite a while for it to be delivered. The next day, after the room was cleaned, there still wasn't any, and I had to ask for it. I'm not sure why. 4. The hotel's private beach is quite nice, and the environment is lovely."
SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences ★★★★★
"My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and professional – their every need was practically anticipated. The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired: The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also a real highlight – creative, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The location directly on the private beach is ideal, quiet yet central. If you're looking for relaxation, style, and excellent service, this is the place for you. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the SLS Hotel Cancun."
MEX Hoteles ★★★
"Nice hotel, good location, not far from transportation station. The service attitude at the front desk is also good. Most of the questions can be answered by them."
Aloft Cancun ★★★★
"This hotel is super convenient, close to the beach, and there's a supermarket right in front. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended if you want to avoid the surrounding luxury hotels. Guests also get complimentary access to the bar counter on the first floor, and the bartender is very friendly."
Hacienda de Castilla ★★★
"Just cold water in the shower, pillow hard like a rock, water in the floor because the shower box don't have doors, bad service."
Hotel Luma by Kavia ★★★
"I've stayed at this hotel for half a month now. It's pretty much the same as other hotels. If you're traveling on a tight budget, this hotel is a good choice; it's in the city center and offers great value for money."
Pachamaya Holistic Wellness & Spa ★★★★
"Excellent place, the best in Cancun 🫶🏻"
Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa ★★★
"Great hotel and amenities, really close from the airport and the beach! Would recommend"

Hotel NYX Cancun
"Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. The Piña Colada, in particular, was very tasty. It is an excellent hotel for the price. However, I wish the reception staff were a little friendlier. It seems they need to be able to quickly understand and respond to guests' needs."
City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun
"Good luck"
The Pyramid Cancun by Oasis - All Inclusive
"The beachfront was absolutely beautiful, with a great variety of activities and shows. The food was also fantastic, really delicious and exceeded my expectations. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I'll definitely book again next time."
Krystal Cancun
"To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant. For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights. The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything. But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent."
Mondrian Cancun All Inclusive
"When I checked in, the cleaning wasn't finished and I had to wait 30 minutes, so my first impression was low💦 The Asian restaurant was the best☝️ The other restaurants were also good👌 It's an adult-only hotel, so it has a calm atmosphere and is a very good hotel🏨"
Kempinski Hotel Cancun
"Very warm"
Hyatt Ziva Cancun
"It was amazing time on Hyatt Ziva. All people are kind and try to make our holiday enjoyable"
Royalton CHIC Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only
"The food was pretty good, but some of the staff were unpleasant."
Extended Suites Cancun Cumbres
"Everything is fine"
Ambiance Suites
"Excellent location in Downtown easy to access everything. Clean and modern rooms with excellent housekeeping. This is a great value hotel."
Sina Suites Cancun - Solo Adultos
"Spacious, with a large balcony and sitting room. Locater at a very quiet place, that you can esacpe from the hustle."
Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club
"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."
Smart Cancun The Urban Oasis
"Unfortunately we were unable to get into this hotel."
Mura Hotel Boutique
"Elevator was out of service for my whole week trip. I was given wrong room in the beginning, then I was given a room on top floor so had to take stairs everytime. No room service phones. Room service/cleaning was late evening. No food service. Only close options were the restaurants in plaza or delivery. Room itself was spacious. Other amenities like pool available."
Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel
"Hairdryers and shampoo are provided. The restaurants seem to rotate daily, and there were only about three places where you could actually eat. You can eat and drink until 3am after check-out. I didn't know this until I checked out, so I had other plans and couldn't use the facilities. Some staff were friendly, while others were cold or annoying. The morning sunrise was beautiful. I think the main attraction was the pool rather than the sea. In fact, most people were playing in the pool."
Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites
"My cousin held there wedding in Cancun, so I booked a room here just for that. Place was very nice and staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean as well."
