Ibis Cancun Centro
"The supermarket downstairs from the hotel was great, but Trip.com was awful. I paid, but the hotel had no record of my booking."
InterContinental Hotels PRESIDENTE CANCUN RESORT by IHG
"The staff were not very friendly, requested for tips though it was included and the beach had a weird smell, there were ants and when we requested for a small cake to celebrate birthday they said we had to pay and stay until 2pm (late check out) to get those services. We were looking forward to our stay but unfortunately we were disappointed!!"
SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences
"Best hotel in Cancun! The staff are top-notch. The rooms with sea views are magnificent."
MEX Hoteles
"Hotel is clean and location is good. Swimming pool is nice and if there is a chance in future, will stay here again."
Aloft Cancun
"This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option."
Hacienda de Castilla
"The hotel is on a remote road, there is no shower gel or shampoo, and the sheets have stains and holes burned by cigarettes. The order stated that the city tax was included, but the hotel still charged 76 yuan/day"
Hotel Luma by Kavia
"I've stayed at this hotel for half a month now. It's pretty much the same as other hotels. If you're traveling on a tight budget, this hotel is a good choice; it's in the city center and offers great value for money."
Pachamaya Holistic Wellness & Spa
"Too like this hotel, right on the roadside is very convenient, the door can also park, self-driving friends are also convenient, his house 3-6 pm also have a pool lying, very lively, the room is very large bed, very comfortable to sleep."
Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa
"Great hotel and amenities, really close from the airport and the beach! Would recommend"

Hotel NYX Cancun
"We were very satisfied. We haven't been to many hotels, but we have stayed in some good ones. This one is the best so far, and very affordable. It truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was amazing, with a beautiful ocean view. It was also very spacious and clean. My wife and I had an incredible time."

Nílu Cancún Zona Hotelera by Selina
"We enjoyed it a lot! Incredible service!"
Mondrian Cancun All Inclusive
"The hotel room is big, the service attitude is very good, there are many staff, but the room service is average, and going to the beach requires taking a shuttle bus, which is relatively inconvenient"
Kempinski Hotel Cancun
"Unlike the pleasant view, the attitude and service provided by the hotel front desk staff were terrible. I think the hotel needs to receive retraining and improve its customer service for the sake of its development."
Hyatt Ziva Cancun
"It was amazing time on Hyatt Ziva. All people are kind and try to make our holiday enjoyable"
Royalton CHIC Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only
"I made a reservation in the hotel zone because the price was reasonable and the facilities looked good, but the food was delicious, the sea was beautiful, and there were many fun programs, so it was regrettable to leave."
Extended Suites Cancun Cumbres
"Everything is fine"
City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun
"Near to the airport suitable for someone who wants to stay near the airport"
Ambiance Suites
"Hotel is at a very good location, and very clean. Showers has not water pressure, need to be clean, clogged shower head. Do not count on hair dryer, mine was not working. They did offer me to change the room, but I did not bother, too much trouble for just a hair dryer. I book a room with king bed and upon arrival they gave me a room with 2 single beds. Did not bother to ask why, but they should know what I was book for. Hotel is a non smoking facility which I respect and I am sure it is appreciate it by many, but for me , been an smoker it was very inconvenience since I could enjoy my morning coffee in a designated smoking area, sitting and relaxing. Too bad, but I will choose a facility with smoking section next time, there are many around. not sure if it was specified when I may the booking. It call my attention a sentence in the welcome letter you received upon arrival, which said “Your room has a safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside the safe”. Did not like that, No bueno, anything that belong to me and I brought to my trip is “ valuable”. Things like money, document, passport go in the safe, but anything else you are not able to fit in the safe and left in the room, should be ok outside the safe and hotel should be accountable if something is missing in the room. Thankfully nothing went missing, but the note may me worried at all the time. No netflix, no access to youtube, only few channels."
Sina Suites Cancun - Solo Adultos
"Spacious, with a large balcony and sitting room. Locater at a very quiet place, that you can esacpe from the hustle."
Smart Cancun The Urban Oasis
"It's totally an out-of-place location. On-going major road contruction right in front of the hotel too. There's nothing to do or eat around the hotel. Most of the shops had closed down. The service of the hotel is bad. Even the convenient shop opposite provides way better customer service. We stayed 2 nights. 4 paxs and only given 2 towels. 2nd day took the towels away during house keeping and never replenished. Called housekeeping hotline and no one answered. Called front counter and they told us to wait. Eventually no one came we have to use our own facial towel."
Mura Hotel Boutique
"Our stay at this hotel was a fairly balanced experience, starting with the positives: the room itself was perfectly adequate for our needs, the rates were entirely reasonable, and the staff stood out as genuinely kind and attentive throughout our visit. The location is also a major plus—provided you have a car, as it offers easy access to the surrounding area, with a fantastic array of shopping malls just a short drive away. However, our biggest frustration came at night, when the room proved to be extremely noisy, with street traffic permeating the walls and windows so intensely that we really struggled to get a proper rest. If the management could invest in better soundproofing to block out that external noise, this would easily be a top-tier choice; aside from that one critical flaw, it was a good and comfortable stay."
Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel
"Hairdryers and shampoo are provided. The restaurants seem to rotate daily, and there were only about three places where you could actually eat. You can eat and drink until 3am after check-out. I didn't know this until I checked out, so I had other plans and couldn't use the facilities. Some staff were friendly, while others were cold or annoying. The morning sunrise was beautiful. I think the main attraction was the pool rather than the sea. In fact, most people were playing in the pool."
Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites
"My cousin held there wedding in Cancun, so I booked a room here just for that. Place was very nice and staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean as well."
