My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future!
Cons:
Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations!
Pros:
1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel.
2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe.
3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it.
4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well.
5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere.
Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

j workI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible.
The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

Guest UserThe Flamingo All-Inclusive Hotel met most of my expectations, but there were a few service areas that could use improvement. For example, the luggage delivery service to the room. The first time, the staff brought our luggage up, but we were already in the restaurant. So, they left. When we called them again to send it up, we waited a long time, and it never arrived. Eventually, we told them we would just come down to get it. Suddenly, we saw another staff member on their way up with our luggage. So, I think communication between staff is very important. Additionally, regarding food options, the pizza station was frequently closed. Also, the burger stand stated it closed at 6:00 PM. However, when I went down at 5:45 PM, they were already packing up, so I didn't get a burger. Otherwise, all the other services were great. Drank many Mojitos!

Guest UserThe hotel is huge, making it easy to get lost. Dinner requires reservations, and the only slot we could get was for 9:30 PM in one of the halls, as all others were fully booked. We ate at the buffet for both days, and it was excellent. The buffet restaurant is located in the adjacent Royal Hall.
The room's ambiance was great, but there were no sea-view rooms available when we checked in. The central air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy; we couldn't sleep the first night. We turned it off on the second night, and it wasn't hot or humid, so we slept very well.

This hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. The hotel also has many complimentary activities, and we participated in the boating program...

The hotel itself is nice. Everything is clean. The pool is very nice. That's why I chose this hotel. But it's very far from everything: shops, cafes, and other entertainment. There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by a few things. The towels in my room didn’t seem properly cleaned — they had a musty smell and some visible stains, which made me uncomfortable using them. The washroom also had issues with the hot water; it took a long time to warm up

Guest UserThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again
