"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. "1. The hotel's location is great, with bus lines R1 and R2 right outside, which is very convenient. 2. The room I booked was a bit noisy, facing the street, so you could hear cars passing by, but it was still tolerable and acceptable. 3. Breakfast was decent. They said bottled water would be provided, but there wasn't any in the room when I checked in. After calling, it took quite a while for it to be delivered. The next day, after the room was cleaned, there still wasn't any, and I had to ask for it. I'm not sure why. 4. The hotel's private beach is quite nice, and the environment is lovely."

"It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5."

"　The location was a little far from the AD bus terminal, but it wasn't so far from the hotel that I had to use a taxi. I walked about 10 minutes with my suitcase, but some people might find it too far. 　There was no explanation of how to use the in-room safe, so I called the housekeeper, but he didn't speak English, so I had to use a translation app. He still didn't understand, so he came twice. It was good that he came without hesitation, but it wasn't just one visit, so some people might find that annoying. 　The most disappointing thing was that when I went there expecting breakfast to be 6 pesos, I was told it was 150 pesos. The price may have gone up, or it may have been a mistake and it was 6 dollars, but I trusted the information written on the website and applied, but it was completely different, and I thought, ”I've been tricked, I've been scammed.” I hope this will be fixed soon."

"It was better than the review. There's Walmart supermarket connected to lobby, so easy to grab foods, milks, gifts... Also, all the hotel counter abd service people are nice. My room was quiet and yes you can hear if people close door really hard but it can happen to any hotel. There's separate Air conditioning so room was cool. You can control the temperature. Also There's pizza restaurant and rental car service in the lobby. Very convenient location overall."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay."

"Cancun must do 3 things, 1, free shuttle T4-T2-T3; 2, opposite the lawn gas station bank exchange, 19.20, later in the city 19.30; 3, find the ADO bus, 140 to the ADO bus terminal, here is Cancun Dongzhimen transportation hub! This hotel is near the ADO terminal, on the side of the road, within walking distance, eating a tortilla 23 pesos, 1 knife! There are big supermarkets around, safe, in order to go to the airport the next day, in fact, worry more, the hotel area is not far away, the XO convenience store on the side of the hotel is in front of R1, 50 minutes directly to Playa Delfines, 12 pesos ticket, similar to Sanya Bus Terminal to Haitang Bay! "Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue."

앨앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^ He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this? Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...♡♡

Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

GGuest UserGood review: A surprisingly wonderful stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time! This stay at [Hotel Name] completely exceeded my expectations. From the details to the service, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it with a full score! First, the hygiene and environment were impeccable. The moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh with no strange odors, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and smooth, feeling soft and comfortable. The bathroom floor was dry with no puddles, and the sink and toilet were wiped spotless. Even the shower glass had no water stains, making for a truly reassuring stay. From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains. Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care. Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. It's an all-inclusive resort, meaning all food and drinks are covered – and they're all high-quality too. I highly recommend the beachfront restaurant; just remember to make a reservation for the evening. The atmosphere is incredible, and watching the sunset with the sea breeze is pure bliss. The hotel has its own private beach with soft, fine sand, right outside your door. There's also a swimming pool and hot springs. It's connected to other hotels as well, so you can share some of their restaurants and pool facilities. Plus, there's a free show in the auditorium every night at 8:30 PM. All in all, it's incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a banger for value. It is not a four star hotel - yes the floor may not be the most comfortable, but it has ALL the amenities you will need. The staff was helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there at a very affordable price. 10/10

GGuest UserThe hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them. The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't. It's true that at first the service is excellent, but as the days go by, if you don't tip, you tend to receive less attention. Our room safe stopped working because its battery died, but they fixed it quickly, and we were able to retrieve our belongings.

You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! GGuest UserThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday. Earl
