"Excellent hotel, all services are perfect to relax and enjoy your vacation, with amazing swimming pools. I truly consider it an outstanding resort. They also offer great activities and a very personalized service. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Note about prices (they vary a lot): I stayed here during the low season and paid around $120–150 per night, which was a great deal. During the high season, however, in the week of Thanksgiving, I paid around $400 per night… which was crazy in my opinion, but I did it for my girlfriend 😅 The only downside is that pool bar prices are very expensive, and the same applies to the restaurants inside the resort. A big plus: there is a small Starbucks and a mini supermarket on the ground floor, which is extremely convenient."

"The all-inclusive resort was quite good. The room was nice and had great views. The beach right in front was one of the most beautiful in the area and was free of sargassum (we went for a walk one day and some of the surrounding hotels had beaches covered in sargassum). What we liked least was the limited variety of food. There are four restaurants, but the food is always the same. The buffet is quite basic; we didn't use it because we didn't like much of it. The specialty restaurants aren't bad. In our opinion, they should improve this: the Italian restaurant doesn't have pizza on its menu, and the pasta sauces are watery/Mexican, even though there's little variety in Mexico. There are no quesadillas (how can that be? We tried more Mexican food before arriving at the resort than here). Breakfast at the Italian restaurant was delicious. And the salmon tacos at Flor de Sal are also delicious. We've had them every day! There's an adults-only pool with good views, which is great. You're relaxed (as long as you don't have groups of drunken kids screaming around). One problem we encountered is that people reserve sun loungers early in the morning and leave their towels there without even being at the pool. On top of that, the larger ones, with sofas and umbrellas, are reserved for VIPs, and even if they're not occupied, they won't let you use them. The staff is a 10. Very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The gym is quite well-equipped for a hotel. On checkout day, they remove your all-inclusive bracelet when you leave your room, but you can stay in the hotel and enjoy the restaurants and services until 4:00 PM."

"There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person."

"The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, and both the room and facilities were spotless. The food at the poolside bar and other snack spots within the hotel wasn't exceptional (for example, the matcha latte I ordered had no matcha flavor at all), but it varied, and the convenience of being able to order something anytime I wanted to eat or drink outweighed any minor disappointments. I made a reservation at the steak restaurant for dinner, and the appetizer salad and soup were much larger than I expected. I felt bad about not being able to finish them, so I'd recommend that those who eat light inquire about portion sizes beforehand. The room service menu was also extensive, and I found myself wishing I could have tried more. While it's not a beachfront hotel, meaning you have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach, and thus not ideal for those who want the ocean right outside their door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^ He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this? Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. "Convenient to go anywhere, good location. The hotel felt quite old. The jet bath in the bath is broken and cannot be used... On the day we arrived, the hotel had a power outage for several hours, making it inconvenient to have no electricity or air conditioning. There were many guests with children. It would be nice if you could make a reservation at the restaurant, but the buffet was not very good."

"The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. "When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night."
