Find 4-Star Hotels in Cancun

This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option.

The hotel service was good, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and dining.

Mura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long trip. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!

This hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. I highly recommend Oleo Cancun. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is not big but rather medium but is the ideal size if you prefer to stay away from those massive resorts that feel more like malls than hotels. However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated. The food from our all-inclusive package was delicious, with a variety of restaurants and buffets to choose from. They offered a range of international, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, with plenty of options for meat, vegetables, fruits, and cakes. The hotel is quite peaceful at night, which is nice if you're not looking for a party hotel. The staff was attentive and remembered us, making us feel valued. Our room was clean, and they always tried to accommodate our needs. We paid a small fee for a late departure, which gave us continued access to the facilities and food for a very good deal, perfectly matching our evening flight schedule. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. The location is very convenient for the airport and is situated on the strip.

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.

Hygiene needs to be improved. I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves. Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. Overall, it was pretty good. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired. The fixing bolts were seriously corroded and loose.

Good location. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast matched the price. Well-stocked convenience store. Electrical appliances—TV, refrigerator, microwave, iron, safe, and hair dryer—were all in working order.

I absolutely had a wonderful time on my vacation. The building and grounds are beautiful and the artwork is exquisite. I enjoyed both Katia's warm smile and generosity as well as the other woman who speaks english, but I didn't catch her name. I really loved speaking with her as she has a very strong and kind spirit. I noticed throughout my stay that there is 24hr security on site as I get up randomly throughout the night. When the AC stopped working in my room I was offered a different room with working AC, but I was comfortable in my suite and the night air was good enough to keep me cool until the next morning when they fixed it. I felt very welcomed, safe, and appreciated. They get 5 stars from me.

I loved it was great for one night had a lot of fun. I liked the other places around the area but this was a bargain price. Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation. I saw a bit of adults only things but I did go for a scroll so probably my only fault haha but just saying if you have kids keep them close.
