The service is perfect! ! Everyone's service is super good. There is child care, and there are child care next to several restaurants where you eat, full marks! The sea view is super beautiful, the sea water is very clear, and the beach is white. The sanitation is also very clean. The room is a bit old, but it does not affect the beautiful scenery at all. Recommended!

The room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were also excellent. It has a private beach right on its doorstep, and the service was exceptional. The only minor drawback is that it's located in a hotel zone, making trips to the supermarket a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Superb hotel, restaurants are delicious, Asian restaurants are confusing, favorite Italian restaurant, the hotel occasionally has a buffet by the pool. Facilities are great, rooms are large, adults only, no children, great stay.

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future.

The room was spacious, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The all-inclusive services were also excellent, and the food in the restaurants was delicious. It was a very pleasant vacation experience, and the price I paid for booking in advance was very good value for money!

During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It offered incredible value for money. The beachfront king-size room was very close to the sea, and pictures 1, 2, and 6 show the view from the balcony. I could gaze at the ocean all day long and never get tired of it; the sea in Cancun is absolutely stunning, truly that jelly-like turquoise blue. The all-inclusive meal plan was fantastic. The hotel has many beautiful restaurants, and dining there was an experience in itself. Just be aware that for some popular restaurants, you need to book them as soon as you check in, otherwise, you won't be able to get a reservation later. If you enjoy drinks, it's even better, with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from. Opting for the all-inclusive package was definitely a smart choice.

The staff in general is always willing to help you, I only had a bad time, upon arrival before arriving at our room, they offered a promotional package to my wife, she accepted and “invited” us a breakfast (which was already included in our all inclusive rate) There began our unpleasant experience. We were summoned at 8:00 am, at first the person who accompanied us to lunch was very friendly, but after he hurried us at breakfast, we could not have breakfast what we wanted because there was no time, only 30 minutes, when a day before we They said they invited us to a breakfast to give us a presentation about Omni hotels. We wanted to finish breakfast, but we agreed to see the hotel suites and then they took us to their sales room, when they tried to sell us the vacation package that we from the beginning said we were not interested they became aggressive and tried to pressure my wife , so we stopped the “presentation” and left, but they made us have a bad time, of course they didn't give us anything promised. I recommend you not accept any promotion at this hotel, because your sales staff does not know how to treat customers. Otherwise, all good.
