Had to haggle for a late check-out (from 10am to 11am) but in the end, after using reason and logic, we got there… Overall a good experience"

We were with our adult children and were very pleased with our spacious 3-bed apartment with a big balcony and undercover parking. Nicely furnished and plenty of space for everyone. An easy walk to the center of town yet very quiet and just across the street from the waterfront and a brilliant cafe (Muddy's). Lovely swimming pool and very helpful managers. We were particularly impressed and grateful when they went out of their way to contact us and arrange for something left behind to be returned. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit."

Many better hotels available at much better rate right next to the esplanade. Book those. Really bad experience for the rate charged by the hotel. P.S - The buffer breakfast (prepaid) was really bad with hardly any options and all decent options including coffee were for extra charge."
