"Friendly helpful staff. Woolworths,liquor store and fast food red rooster a short walk over the road. 15 minutes in an uber to the pier where lots of food and entertainment are. Had a Good stay here along with view over the pool. It does become light in the room as no black out. Laundry facilities available Would recommend"

"Although it is far from the city center, there are many playgrounds, including three pools, so elementary school students can play all day. You can cook your own meals in the room, so I grilled some Aussie beef steaks I bought at the supermarket on the gas stove in the facility and ate them. You can get to the city center by bus, so you don't need a taxi. I would like to visit again."

"We are a two-bedroom suite with reasonable layout, each room has a bathroom, suitable for two families or large families, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are balconies upstairs and downstairs, walk more than 10 minutes to the beach, not too far from the supermarket Where are we going to walk, it is very convenient! For the Chinese stomach, it is a happy thing to cook for yourself."

"Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation."

"The hotel is right next to the station, it is very convenient to travel, there is a hospital opposite. The facilities here are very complete, especially for the cooking, oil, salt, vinegar and other seasonings, which are very user-friendly."
