We had a wonderful family vacation stay at Hilton Cairns. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the waterfront with beautiful views and very easy access to the Marine Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of water activities and explore the best of Cairns. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. Our child had plenty of things to enjoy nearby, making it a great choice for families. The in-house restaurant was excellent, with a nice atmosphere and great food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Hilton Cairns is a great place for a family holiday — combining comfort, convenience, and a perfect location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Cairns.

The hotel, Pullman Cairns International, is located across the road from the casino, and is about a 10-minute walk from the ferry and helicopter terminal for trips to the Great Barrier Reef. The rooms are decent; some of the furniture shows its age, while other rooms have been renovated more recently. The mattress is a bit soft, and there's an electric kettle, coffee, and a dining table. There's also a Chinese restaurant and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient for getting around.

Cannot recommend Doubletree and it's staff enough. After spending several months in hotel accommodations throughout the cairns region, this hotel takes first place by a long shot. From the warm cookie at check-in, to the stunning gardens and presentation, the room was spacious and very clean. Every staff member was friendly with truly standout customer service (a rarity nowadays) The manager on duty Luse went above and beyond to assist us, we will be raving about her and her staff to everyone we know for a long time. Not a single fault, and we will most certainly be returning as soon as we can. Thank you to Luse and the staff for a memorable and standout experience, if I could select more than 5 stars I would.

部屋には洗濯機・乾燥機・キッチン・バスタブが備わっており、連泊だったのでとても助かりました。 お部屋も綺麗で2人でも十分な広さがあり、タオル交換やゴミ捨てもしてくれて快適に過ごせました。 徒歩圏内にはセブンイレブンとハングリージャックスがあります。夜も普通に歩けるくらいの雰囲気で、治安面も問題なく感じました。 中心部（スーパー、ナイトマーケット、カフェなど）からは少し離れているため、移動は基本的にウーバーやタクシーが必須です。歩くとかなり距離はありますが、散策しながら歩くのも楽しかったです。 ホテルまでのアクセスは、空港からタクシーで15分しないくらいでした。近くにバス停や駅はありません。 Wi-Fiは問題なく使え、速度や安定性も不便は感じませんでした。 騒音はほとんど気になりませんが、真下のプールで騒いでいる声が少し聞こえる程度でした。 ベッドの寝心地は良かったです。ただ、シャワーは一定時間を過ぎるとお湯が出なくなってしまい、水しか出なくなる点は少し残念でした。 全体的には設備がとても充実していて、特に連泊・長期滞在にはかなり便利なホテルだと思います。 3泊しましたが、この値段でこの快適さならコスパ良く、とても満足できました。フロントの方も最初から最後までとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在できました。

I stayed during my child's spring break. First of all, you should not mistake it for understanding that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. It's a very nice place if you can prepare your own things and buy them as needed. Good access to Cairns shopping centers and major facilities, no problem with rental car parking spaces, the pool is only for guests, so you can use it almost for charter, and you can use the veranda freely. Above all, I liked the owner's friendly greeting and wanted to stay more. We booked from the day before arrival because the flight from Japan was early in the morning, but we were able to tell us how to enter the room in advance by email, so we took a shower and rested and played well from the afternoon I was able to! What I'm glad I brought with me was body soap and soft tissue, and what I wanted was a tephron-processed frying pan? I can't think of anything in particular ... Basically, you can buy anything at the supermarket or the object shop opposite! Have a nice trip!

The hotel is right next to the station, it is very convenient to travel, there is a hospital opposite. The facilities here are very complete, especially for the cooking, oil, salt, vinegar and other seasonings, which are very user-friendly.

The hotel room is large, the indoor facilities are complete, very close to the sea, although there is no beach, but you can take morning exercises along the coast. The city of Cairns is small and there are not many people, but every morning, many people who run in the morning on the beach will feel that their life is very pleasant. The hotel is not too far from the duty-free shops in the city center, and shopping is quite convenient. The service staff of the hotel was very good. We didn't arrive at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel, but we found us with a vacancy and gave us instant noodles for breakfast. It was very considerate. Overall praise!

The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand. Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it. The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck! Will not go again.
