We had a wonderful experienced in this unit. A posh place to stay with family. Everything is provided like a hotel. Clean and nice city view unit. Location is accessible to shops and restaurants.Host is very responsive and nice. I would definitely recommend it and will book again in the future.

my go-to nearby hotel from my home when im in need to unwind! very accessible and near to sm aura, market-market, bgc, and palengkes. there’s also a pink themed coffee shop nearby when you go down the street of target range (yappari coffee bar) hotel staffs are really accommodating just got a few prob with the listed below: 1.) room - the cabinet doors are broken and there’s also a mosquito in our room but im fine with it because they gave me my requested room of nice view and near the elevator 2.) check out process- they told us to wait for 5 minutes for room checking but the real wait took longer than expected, 1 hour and 33 minutes to be exact! my first wait when i checked in this hotel also took about an hour but overall experience is as great as usual, would definitely go back again!

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help. If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

Room is spacious, tidy and complete with necessities we need for our stay. The location is perfect. We are attending a conference in SM Aura and we could have not find a better hotel. It's super convenient.

This is an affordable, no frills, reliable hotel. It’s clean, the check in/out process was easy, and the room was pretty peaceful at a great location. The only thing that I think they can improve is the communication from one staff person/team to another. I had requested for a late checkout at 6pm (with a fee) because I work late/odd hours. By 3 or 4pm, housekeeping staff were already banging on my door to clean the room so I had to tell them that I’d arranged for a late checkout. It happened twice and I didn’t appreciate the disruption. They should setup a system to ensure their staff know which guests have a pre-arranged late checkout and who is simply late.

We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Absolutely gorgeous girls at the reception were willing to help with everything. The views were nice. The location is quite convenient and close to different shopping centres.

The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television. 3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement: - Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size. - Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests. - Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges. 4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 5. Service: Every staff member I encountered was professional and helpful, providing a positive experience throughout my stay. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at iHotel Uptown BGC was enjoyable. The hotel offers great service, a comfortable room, and a convenient location. While some amenities could be improved, I would still recommend it for business travelers.
