We absolutely loved this place as it is very close to High street and Market Market. The buffet breakfast was great and cater for everyone. This is so close to all amenities. The bed was amazing. The staff was nice and very friendly. Great rooftop bar but that’s a little pricy.

Since it’s holyweek, I understand that there’s a lot of people checking in. But having limited parking slots for guests checking in is disappointing. There’s no valet parking as well. Instead that we could check in at 2pm and enjoy our room, we have to wait for 2.5 hours to get a parking. I don’t want to ruin the day because it’s my birthday and upon getting into our room, there’s this funky smell as you open the door. It’s horrible. And the pool is under maintenance. I do hope when there’s issues like this, the property should also inform the booking app before hand.

The hotel has a great location. But in my opinion the price is very high, the rooms are simple without any frills, there is everything you need. The only thing that is amazing is the breakfast! The staff is very friendly, the girls at the reception are also very friendly, they will help with any question.
