CS sent a blurred email confirmation to the front desk. Did not provide detailed info on where the Viceroy is located.

No parking was the downside. I had to park at the mall parking nearby and overnight parking + parking fee until checkout the next day cost me 500 pesos from 7:30pm until 12:30 the next day.
Toilet smelled of urine when I entered. Pls disinfect toilet thoroughly. Not sure if pillow cases and bed sheets are replaced after each guests.
Please replace the bath mat or provide a clean one.
Reasonably sized room.dining table and chairs are not comfortable.
Good that there are no cockroaches inside. Generally clean
Air conditioning is cold and comfortable👍"

JJhaySieThe host was very responsive and considerate. The cards of one of the board games were accidentally thrown out when we cleaned the unit, and the host was transparent enough to let me know how much will be deducted from the deposit. I wish the unit can be more child-friendly especially when they accept families. Though everything were aesthetically organized, it could be better if the full length mirror is fixed to avoid accidents, and if the windows have lock for child safety. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!

Not so Positive:
1. Complimentary water, towels, toiletries, slippers, and bed were prepared for ONLY 2 Persons. I booked the room for 3 PEOPLE. My daughter slept on the couch on the first night since we cant find a proper mattress cover and blanket. On the second night, we shared our bed blanket for her mattress cover and all 3 of us had no blankets still. We used our jackets and other clothings to keep us from getting cold. Sleep WAS NOT comfortable.
3. A certain odor wafts from the bathroom drain. Sometimes it gets so strong it spreads to the living room.
