Business Hotels in Narita

Great location and very convenient! The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it perfect for transit stays. It has full facilities, including a convenience store and a cosmetic store right inside the building, which is super handy. You can also take a short ride to Naritasan Shinsho-ji表参道 and enjoy their famous grilled eel rice, highly recommended!

This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

A reasonable hotel about 10 minutes from Narita AirPort. They provide a good bus service to and from the airport 2-3 times every hour. The room I had was clean and adequate size for an overnight stay. There isn’t anything near the hotel but they do have 2-3 restaurants onsite. The staff are very polite and happy to serve. Room cleaning is also very good. During my stay 24 - 25 Feb they had a garden light show that is an annual Jan and Feb event. It was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience for an overnight stay. This is the fifth hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. It's larger than the hotels in the urban area and is the most luxurious one I've stayed in at the same price range in Tokyo. It has a TV in the bathtub and yukata (Japanese bathrobes), but the overall decoration is a bit outdated. The hotel has sufficient facilities, including a hot spring and a gym. However, the transportation is not very convenient. It feels like everywhere is far away. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it only runs at specific times. According to the map, there are other buses I can choose from, around 30 mins per one. I arrived quite late and it cost me 3000 Japanese yen to take a taxi. So, the next day, I booked a hotel in the urban area of Narita. Since the Tokyo subway is very convenient, I'd rather stay in a smaller hotel.

Located on the 3rd floor, the room was very clean. However, the bed felt a bit hard. It was close to Narita Airport. Breakfast was very crowded but not much choice.

We stayed in a double room which was quite spacious for Japan. It was clean and had ample amenities. The best thing about the hotel was the complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport which saved us the hassle of lugging our baggage to the train station early in the morning.

Last hotel free shuttle was 9.40om. I missed it by 5 min. So took taxi to hotel costing 2,000 JPY. Clean comfortable room but it's old hotel with good maintenance. A convenient store at GL has various food drink and snack options. It' seemed like Family Mart store, Store closed at 11pm. Breakfast buffet at top floor 13. Plenty of food & beverages are available - JP, Western, salad, fresh fruits, juices, tea, coffee, omelette, breads etc.

Hotel is located on the quiet side of JR station. 7-Eleven & FamilyMart nearby. There is a linked overhead bridge to cross over to the other side for restaurants, AEON mall, erc. Room was ready for early check-in when we arrived at 1pm. Furnishing is dated but room was clean.

Nice and friendly hotel , staff also . When I realised that my room was being taken by others which checked by hotel staff . They immediately change and arranged another room for me without hesitation. Good service and polite .

This is 2nd time we stayed. 2 years ago it was good, so we are staying here again. But now it looked dated and furniture a bit worn out. Need some upgrading work. Breakfast still okay. However, the group tour pax were really loud and noisy, thus it looked like we were eating breakfast in a fish market. Staff in restaurant looked stressed and no smile at all. I will look for another hotel next time.
