We were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

We stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

When I realised that my room was being taken by others which checked by hotel staff . They immediately change and arranged another room for me without hesitation. Good service and polite .

The bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom.
The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel.
It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake.
Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

This is our go to hotel for late night arrivals and stocking up before heading to the snow. Stayed here for more than 10 years and it’s very dated but a clean, spacious and central hotel. JR an keisei a couple of mins walk. Aeon mall 1km walk. Kids playground down the road as well as a beautiful temple and gardens.
Narita area has every thing you need so a basic affordable hotel with good accom, heating and very good location is enough.
Beds are old but comfy enough for the price we paid. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant but everything looks ok. So many restaurants and bars close by to explore. There are vending machines on every floor, and some floors have ice machines and a microwave.
We booked a twin which was 22m2 ( I think). Enough room for my partner in one bed and my 6 year old and I to share one of the twin beds. Rooms are quite spacious but you need to book the right room or you could be in a tiny single space

Excellent
GGuest UserGreat location, within walking distance to train station, restaurants, mall, large supermarkets, convenience stores and Naritasan temples. Comfortable beds, room was good size for a Japanese hotel. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
SsherroahArrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station.
Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too.
Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel.
They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.
NnuuwarnGood Location for person to depart from Narita Airport. The hotel near train station and have free transfer to airport. There are convenient stores near by. Staff have service mind.
YYen ChengShuttle bus to & fro airport was very efficient & convenient. Both drivers were very helpful, and had helped to load up our luggage.
Hotel rate was affordable. Breakfast was great!
JJYXQThe hotel is located in Narita Omotesando, about 15 minutes away from Narita Airport, which is very convenient. There are also restaurants that close late nearby, so you don't have to worry about not being able to eat even if you don't book dinner at the hotel. The overall decoration style of the hotel is Japanese style, and the decoration details are only average. The lights in the corridor outside the guest room are dim, which is not my feeling. In addition, the service is professional and enthusiastic, and the hygiene is good. Finally, a warm reminder: It seems that due to the centenary event of the shrine near Omotesando, the road outside the hotel will be subject to traffic control for one month (10:00 am-4:00 pm every day).
GGuest UserThe room was clean except for some stains in the bed sheet. I was on the 2nd flr. So it was a bit noisy. Choosing a room on the upper levels is much better. Breakfast was good.
GGuest UserHotel was in driving distance to the airport with free shuttle service to and from airport to the hotel - the driver was friendly and helpful.
The room was big and spacious, good amenities and a good view to the forest side - it gets noisy when planes fly through but in the night it’s quiet.
Front desk was friendly and worked well.
There is a convenience store on 1F inside the hotel too.
GGuest UserVery close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings).
Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel.
Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english.
Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them.
Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.
Bblr32This is probably the review that you are looking for;
After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed.
The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours.
The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol.
The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door.
The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho!
The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights.
Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.
MMSTEVEThe hotel is quite new and modern. It’s a short walk from the Narita train station and literally across the road from Aeon Mall. The buffet breakfast was included and was really great. Like most Japanese hotels the room size is on the smaller side.
