If you plan in staying around Narita or want to be near Narita airport, this is a good hotel. Very close to Narita Ekimae station (just one stop from Narita airport). They also provide free shuttle. If you're taking the train, you don't have to worry about your luggage since the train station has escalator and elevator. No heavy lifting needed. Highly recommended!

An experience that exceeded my expectations! Excellent value for money. A pilot's dream – just draw back the curtains and there's the runway! There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs. Frequent shuttle bus services make transfers easy. All rooms are equipped with bathtubs, perfect for soaking away travel fatigue. Breakfast is included with all rooms (I didn't get to experience it this time).

Excellent hotel with incredibly friendly staff. I forgot my charger, and they provided one for free. The location is superb, making it easy to get to attractions and restaurants. The hotel price was also great. Plus, they offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, which makes it even better value for money! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Narita.

I stayed here when using Narita Airport. The hotel was generally clean, and the room had a calm atmosphere, making for a comfortable stay. As it's a hotel near the airport, I think it's a convenient option for pre- or post-travel stays. The staff were polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The facilities were also relatively comprehensive, and I didn't experience any particular inconvenience during my stay. If you're looking for a good balance of price and comfort around Narita Airport, this hotel is definitely a good choice. I'd like to stay here again if I have an early morning flight from Narita Airport.

Hotel room is tiny even by Japan’s standard. Room is functional but dated. There is no AC perhaps due to it being winter now, so we had to open the windows for ventilation. Oddly the room washroom is a step higher than the room itself so climbing up and down may pose a challenge for some. The control for hot and cold tap at shower is very primitive and takes a few tries of turning here and there to get the water temperature we desire. Bathrobes are available right outside the lifts of each floor. Hotel breakfast is very simple local fare but sufficient. Parking is free but they seem not to allow parking right at the hotel front though there were lots but we were instead directed to a building beside the hotel. There are 2 Lawsons nearby and the train station is also just a 3mins walk away.

The bathroom facilities are old and outdated. Aside from the newly replaced toilet seat and shower head, everything else is very worn out. The air conditioner in the bathroom is very noisy, and there are stains on the walls. Some of the mold could even be wiped off with a tissue, which was disgusting 😫. I couldn't even look at it. The chairs in the room were also stained, I didn't take photos. Some items seemed to have been replaced with new ones, others not, like a half-hearted attempt at renovation. There was an old hairdryer and a new one next to it; the old one really should have been thrown away, it was just too awful to look at. This is my first time leaving a bad review, the bathroom was just terrible. Although the hotel offers shuttle service to the airport and Aeon Mall, the dilapidated state of the bathroom made for a very unpleasant stay.

Iron board provided and many hangers available Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available Overall experience is great.

Super convenient location, only 5 mins walk from the station. The room is huge compare with other Japanese hotels, super comfy. No need to worry where to find a place to eat as there are alots of choices to choose. The only downside maybe the washroom. The faucets are very old and not clean. But what you pay is what you get.

Another hotel option I’d highly recommend, especially for anyone with an early or late flight from Narita Airport. ✈️🇯🇵 The room was clean and comfortable, and getting there was very easy, just 3 bus stops, and you can walk directly to the hotel. There’s also a FamilyMart nearby, which is super convenient. One of the best things about this hotel is the free shuttle bus service to Narita Airport. 🚌✨ The self-check-in system was also very convenient and easy to use, making the whole arrival process quick and hassle free. Overall, a very convenient and practical choice for a stay near Narita Airport. 💕

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.
