CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!
EEMBOSSINGThere is a delicious yakiniku restaurant located right underneath the hotel, which is very convenient for guests who want a great meal without going far.
The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service between Narita Airport and the property, making transportation smooth and stress-free.
The location is excellent—only a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to travel anywhere.
The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff provide outstanding service. They are friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the stay. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently next to Keisei Barita station. Just remember to take the escalators going down to the street level where the hotel is; Google Maps directly me to a much longer route which was a waste of time.
The hotel room is smallish in size; not sure if it is normal for this area. Cleanliness is very good despite the hotel on the aged side (based on the room setup/ deco).
Breakfast was small spread but definitely good enough. Special mention about this blended drink of Pumpkin and Soy Milk, nice!
Rates wise it is more competitive compared to the other immediate hotels so I won’t mind staying there again.
GGuest UserAll The staff specially in reception were very kind, very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The amenities were complete, and everything was well-maintained.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely come back again.
AAnonymous UserThis location is close to airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3. It's less than a 30-minute bus ride. They offer a complimentary shuttle bus from the airport or Narita train station to the hotel. For early morning departures, the bus from the airport starts after 6 AM, with the last bus around 11:30 PM. You can check the hotel or bus schedules online.
NNuchsarang U.Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.
GGuest UserGood for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is pretty good, and I stay here often. However, the one downside is that they charge guests an additional 1,650 yen each time to use the swimming pool. Doesn't this tarnish the reputation of a big brand like Hilton? I'm already paying over 800 RMB for the room (without breakfast), and now they're tacking on extra charges for the pool. It feels like they're just obsessed with money, charging for every little thing. Is it really reasonable for a hotel to charge guests an additional fee to use their own pool during their stay? I hope hotel management takes this seriously.
AAnonymous UserAccess from Narita Airport appears to be limited to Uber, so it may be a little inconvenient for those without a car. It's located away from the main road, so it's quiet. I was able to rest well. The gentle front desk staff were soothing.
I booked a twin room, but it turned out to be a triple room, which was very spacious.
I didn't use the large public bath or eat at the breakfast area, so I can't comment on that.
There is a coin laundry, which has a selection of Japanese manga.
There is some food for sale in front of the front desk, but it may not be enough, so I recommend buying some at the airport or a convenience store beforehand.
AALXC.LPros:
Room is spacious
Bathtub
Very convenient location as located beside train station.
Cons:
Quite an aged hotel.
Aircon is only used for heating during this period and cannot be controlled. Have to open the windows for the cool air outside to enter.
Very noisy as next to train station and you can hear the train passing by.
