"The Adina is in the heart of the CBD. Just round the corner from the main shopping area and opposite the casino and sky walk.  The greeting when we arrived was warm and welcoming and the spent no time at all getting us checked in and up to our rooms. The studio was beautiful, the entry way had the bathroom to the right and down 3 steps was the bedroom and kitchen facilities. We were Lucy enough to be overlooking the park and could not fault the room set up.  The bed was massive and so comfortable. Plenty of sitting space and very well equiped with iron, ironing board, coffee machine etc.  Check out was seamless and I would highly recommend a stay here"

"The one bedroom apartment is reasonably sized and had a balcony looking out over other apartments and the river. The bedroom also had a balcony. With bathroom a modern and there was no kitchen facilities. Only a fridge and kettle. If you need to use a microwave, you need to go the the basement and use one in the laundry. The outside pool and pool furniture is great and the roof top restaurant and bar has amazing city and river views. The staff are very friendly. There is a carpark under the hotel with easy access to your apartment floor."

"I’d give a solid 9.5/10 to this hostel. Everything is great, staff is amazing - very friendly and welcoming, everyday there is an event and they are always nice, location is perfect - walking distance to all major points in the city and very close to public transports (both greyhound busses stop and train station for the airport). Guests are great too and this is a very social hostel - but fortunately not a party one. Perfect to make new friends but also to get some good sleep in a quiet place. Toilets in the rooms are a bit old and the cleanliness is not excellent but still good. Highly recommended if you want to spend some good time in Brisbane in great social hostel."

"The hotel is quite old; the facilities, room amenities, and even the elevators are showing their age. The biggest and most serious issue is the terrible soundproofing in the rooms. If you're looking for a relaxing stay where you can sleep in until you wake up naturally, this hotel is definitely not for you! However, if you wake up at 7 AM every day, then this hotel might be perfect. The soundproofing is incredibly poor! You can hear conversations from next door very clearly. If there are kids around, it's an absolute nightmare, unbelievably noisy! Plus, the room doors slam shut with a very loud bang every time. There were several families with children staying next to me, and every morning at 7 AM, it was a constant cycle of opening and closing doors, running, jumping, and shouting. I complained to the reception, but it only stopped for half a day before the running, jumping, and shouting started again. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and went down to reception to request a room change! If the staff had offered me a room change after my first complaint, I would have praised them highly. Unfortunately, they completely ignored it until I couldn't stand it anymore and demanded a room change. Only then did they move me, which doesn't really meet the standard for hotel service and problem-solving. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough; they only made the bed, didn't change the sheets, and sometimes remembered to change the towels, sometimes not. Also, the towels and sheets weren't very clean and had stains. As for vacuuming, it wasn't done daily; they only vacuumed if you asked them to, otherwise, they didn't. On a positive note, the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always smiling. The rooms were also reasonably spacious with enough room for luggage. And the location is right in the city center, which is very convenient."

"The staff went above and beyond to help us when we arrived in Brisbane at 4am yesterday. Only flaws are the lack of aircon on the other side of the dorm, and requiring a passport number, but all was ok in the end. We met a fellow teddy mummy and Cuddly and I made a new friend!"

"I spent 3 nights at this hotel during my trip to Brisbane, Australia, and overall it was pretty good. **Location:** It's close to Brisbane city center, just about a ten-minute walk to Queen Street Mall. **Cleanliness:** The room had a slight odor, a bit like sweat. **Service:** The service was genuinely excellent! The staff always had a smile and were very enthusiastic. My elevator card wasn't working, and when I approached the staff for help, they were patient, polite, and resolved the issue for me."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is great , located in front of a park and minutes walking from the city centre. The room is spacious and clean. The only downside was the room is located on the first floor which has no lift access. It was a struggle to manually carry the luggage up the stairs."
