Finally, after my talk at the front desk last night, I got a room with a balcony today. Actually, several rooms share a balcony, but I finally got rid of the sealed double-glazed ** yesterday, which is rare. Some rooms on the balcony have no smoking signs, while others don’t. I don’t know what they think. The toilet is the first time I have seen it in Fu Village. I used it in Kyoto, but it doesn’t spray water and is useless. The manager came to see it and changed the battery, but it didn’t work. He could only say that someone would come to fix it tomorrow, but no one came when I checked out. The manager is still very dedicated. He sat on the toilet and tried again and again. I really worry about his suit. I personally tested that the balcony door cannot be opened from the outside after it is closed. Remember to bring your mobile phone when the wind is strong on the balcony, otherwise the whole balcony will be a stage for performing and calling for help.

I dont feel like its a 4/5 star hotel, old building and very small bath room, services were ok, the staffs were not professional enough! Just a simple question about breakfast buffet but had to ask 2 people to confirm and even they were not quite sure about it!

Great location in the city. However, amenities and cleanliness of the rooms are very outdated and not maintained (Hence, the dustiness in certain items such as hairdryer & nespresso machine). Telephone in the room had hardly any instructions on how to use it as well as not being able to function when using it to call reception/room service.

In the city center, the location is very convenient, especially when going to Story Bridge, just turn left when you go out. There are many delicious food around. The breakfast was great and the homemade freshly squeezed juices were outstanding. The price/performance ratio is not high, nearly 3000rmb, which is outrageous. It is far behind the standard domestic hotels.

Very close to Brisbane Central Railway Station, the location is very advantageous. Metro supermarket is downstairs from the hotel. The supermarket sells hot food on weekday mornings, and you can buy it directly upstairs and enjoy breakfast in the apartment. I cleaned the room myself and did not ask the waiter to clean it. The facilities are simple, but there is a microwave, which is a small kitchen for heating food. The front desk service is average. There is a 24-hour front desk but it is not very enthusiastic.

This is a perfect hotel if you want to stay in Brisbane city center! The room was huge (apartment style) and fits until 4 people (the sofa bed was queen sized). The view was wonderful and BEST location with that price. Next to the hotel was convenience stores, and near Queenstreet mall as well.
The heater didn't work at the first night, while the weather was 12°C. But the next day it worked, just not warm enough for us asians 😅, still 24-25°C. Good enough.
Breakfast was great, but we expected it to be a buffet breakfast, turned out it was a la carte style.
The staff were very kind to let me and my elderly parents check in early at around 12 PM, after 4 hours standing at the airport due to some problems.
Overall, very nice experience.

AAnonymous UserA hotel with a Great location and nice city view. Spacious room incl. separate living room and a large balcony. On site laundry and (paid) parking available. Downside was that AC temperature cannot be controlled from the room panel, you need to contact everyone/ (several) time(s) the reception for this.
AAnonymous UserLocated across from the Roma St Parklands and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city. We were impressed with the special deal on offer by Trip.com which had many inclusions. Check in was smooth and our room ready for early access! Our room was compact and clean - lacking balcony furniture though. Good view to the parklands.
We had car parking, meal vouchers, welcome drinks, and buffet breakfast included so we're able to sample the meals. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and we could request dietary needs. There were a couple of functions happening the night of our stay and we unfortunately had some rather loud, boisterous and intoxicated guests staying next door to us which woke us a couple of times.
Overall an enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying again if Bonus extras were on offer.

GGuest UserIt is a bit inconveniently located far from the city center and there’s no real restaurants or shops around. When I first checked in to the original room it smelled very bad and I started getting a headache. They said it’s the smell from the new carpet and they might have used glue or something. I was happy with my new room but it had another issue that I keep hearing banning noise day and night. I inquired about this to multiple workers but the only I thing I heard was they have no idea where the noise was coming from. The service was ok generally but one of the housekeepers kept coughing and made me really uncomfortable to get my room cleaned. Also, usually other hotels give one hour complimentary late check out but only this hotel didn’t allow any late check out.
One good thing about this hotel was that they had really big smart tv and I could watch Netflix and YouTube.
Overall, my experience at this hotel wasn’t too great and I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel unless you have a car and not too sensitive to noises.

XXIAOLINGI chose this hotel near the airport because I had to rent a car and fly to Brisbane Airport early in the morning. The hotel is easy to find, the left side of the road. After the arrival, the standard room was not available. We gave us a lot of large bed sheets. The room is small and compact, but it can't be an extra bed. There is no noise when resting. The hotel has convenient parking, and it is a gas station next door. It is also very convenient to refuel in front of the car. Breakfast is 15 knives, we have not booked in time, it should be in the small cafe on the first floor. After walking, I found that the iPad was gone, and the hotel quickly confirmed that it was coming. Now I am looking for Ctrip.com to bring it back. Ctrip service is great!

GGuest UserI had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay.
LLarayneWe have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions the bistro is fantastic as are the staff...nothing is a problem to them we mentioned a slight issue with our last stay and a mattress and they changed us to a different room...love this place
NNewtonCheck in with very helpful staff member. Room spacious with comfy beds and bedding. Location is perfect right in heart of Southbank with cafes and restaurants everywhere. Double glazing on windows kept out train noise pretty . (Train line runs near hotel) and despite central location the rooms are very quiet. The rooms could do with a refresh as some furniture is a bit scuffed and shabby but did not interfere in comfort of our stay.
PPaulI had booked a room based on having a queen bed and a pool side view. I actually got two singles joined together and not that comfortable. I was disappointed as the room didn't meet my expectations for the $174 price tag. The bath room was quite spacious but hot water took several minutes to come thru the system.
While it was perfectly located to shopping g and personal interests it's just too over priced based on room size and furnishings. The staff were helpful and friendly. They stopped doing breakfast and offer muffin and juice box as continental but I didn't see any muffins when I went down. Maybe they only dish out minimum to people. While they still advertise in rooms that the bfast is available at the counter it's told a different story.Clear info on the book g would allow people to choose once they k ow.
