"The location is fantastic! It's very close to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal, and just a 3-minute walk to South Bank Park.
Service: I really have to complain about the service. I booked for four nights, and on one of those days, the room wasn't cleaned, even after I specifically reminded the front desk. The cleaning generally was quite sloppy; tea-stained cups weren't replaced, with tea stains clearly visible, and the bathroom faucet was covered in water marks. We were quite surprised to find such service and hygiene standards in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast is à la carte with limited portions, one Western-style breakfast per person, which isn't really suitable for Chinese palates. We asked the hotel if we could cancel breakfast for the last two days, and they replied that it wasn't an issue for the hotel, but since we booked online, we'd need to coordinate with the third-party booking site. Although Trip.com actively tried to mediate, the hotel still refused. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers."
