GGuest UserThe hotel claimed to be close to the central station, but it's actually about a 10-minute walk, and you have to go up a steep hill, which isn't ideal if you have luggage. The room facilities are basic, with a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom is a bit small, and the shower water tends to leak out, so you need to be careful not to slip. The main elevator door downstairs seems to close around 8:00 PM, so guests returning later have to use the stairs, which is inconvenient if you're carrying bags. There's an underground parking lot, which is good for those traveling by car.

GGuest UserA nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio.

GGuest UserThe reception team was super friendly and helpful. Since we were traveling with a campervan, it was very difficult to find accommodation near the city where we could park our van. After consulting with reception, we were able to park our van safely in front of the garage entrance. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 15-minute drive into town. Highly recommended; we even stayed an extra night :).

GGuest UserWe are a family of 7, and we needed a place to stay for one night in Brisbane. Airport Motel Brisbane had just the right setup for us. One room for our 5 kids, and one room for my wife and I. The rooms were clean and inviting, and good evidence of recent remodel. Location made it very convenient to walk to the City Cat ferry in order to explore Brisbane for the afternoon. Customer service allowed us to check in early with our airport luggage, which was super helpful.

First they wanted my secrete bank code to put a hold on the room, when I asked why they wanted a code that my bank explicitly said not to give out, they said it’s standard procedure, even though I had already payed for the room through ***********. Then I got to the motel, and the food code wouldn’t work because their instructions were wrong. They call a hash mark a check mark or a bell?! Then I realised that this place is unmanned, and also doesn’t have an elevator. So I was forced to leave my luggage in the hallway downstairs as I couldn’t lift it up the stairs myself. The air conditioning was off on the room when I got there, so the room was unbearably hot. One I turned it on and it ran for an hour, it’s starting making an unbearable sound, so I had to turn it off. Would not recommend!

IIKURA3333The room was very clean, which was great. I had to leave early in the morning this time, so I didn't get to have breakfast. As a solo female traveler, having the toilets and showers on the same floor as the men made me feel a little uneasy. In particular, I was concerned about the large gap at the bottom of the shower room door, making it visible from the outside. I thought it was great that it was close to the station, but since the train service was infrequent, I ended up taking a taxi. (I wish I had looked into that beforehand.)

GGuest UserIf you only needed to get to the airport an early hour this is for you. Otherwise stay else where. There were no staff to check you in, it had to be done by phone , emails with the room numbers and codes . no facility to store luggage .
