Great
GGuest UserThe room is very clean. The beds in the standard room are two single beds about 90 cm long. The hotel may be run by an old couple, who are very kind and friendly. I booked a stay there because I had a flight with two children the next day. The hostess showed me the room and told me that the bed might not be suitable for sleeping, but if I didn't mind that she allowed me to stay too and told me there were extra blankets and pillows so we could sleep on the carpet. We left the hotel at 3:30 in the morning so we just made do for the night. Dad sleeps on carpet, but it's very comfortable and there's nothing wrong with it. Thank you very much for the warm reception from the store. He was afraid that we didn’t have enough water and provided us with drinking water and even brought me chocolates. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserHere's a breakdown of my experience: 1. **Location:** Fantastic! It's within walking distance to the CBD and Central Station (about a 5-minute stroll), and close to the free City Loop bus. If you're driving, there's free parking, but spots are limited, so late arrivals often have to park temporarily on the street. 2. **Facilities & Experience:** This is a 3.5-star budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even having balconies. The bedding is comfortable, the free WiFi is stable, and there's a 24-hour front desk. The downsides are that some bathrooms are a bit dated, and street-facing rooms can get some traffic noise. 3. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage was smooth, and security felt adequate. 4. **Value for Money:** The price is very reasonable for Brisbane city. It's a great option for business travelers, budget-conscious tourists, and families on a road trip.

GGuest UserThe reception team was super friendly and helpful. Since we were traveling with a campervan, it was very difficult to find accommodation near the city where we could park our van. After consulting with reception, we were able to park our van safely in front of the garage entrance. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 15-minute drive into town. Highly recommended; we even stayed an extra night :).

GGuest Userfriendly helpful receptionist. Facilities very good for what we expected. Was a flying visit, we ate dinner out and because we had a very early departure we were unable to partake of the breakfast offered. Off street parking was a bonus. Wheel chair access a definite plus as no stairs to climb or negotiate if guests have slight disabilities.

GGuest UserTerrible experience. First they wanted my secrete bank code to put a hold on the room, when I asked why they wanted a code that my bank explicitly said not to give out, they said it’s standard procedure, even though I had already payed for the room through ***********. Then I got to the motel, and the food code wouldn’t work because their instructions were wrong. They call a hash mark a check mark or a bell?! Then I realised that this place is unmanned, and also doesn’t have an elevator. So I was forced to leave my luggage in the hallway downstairs as I couldn’t lift it up the stairs myself. The air conditioning was off on the room when I got there, so the room was unbearably hot. One I turned it on and it ran for an hour, it’s starting making an unbearable sound, so I had to turn it off. Would not recommend!

GGuest UserDue to slow drainage in the bathroom that wasn't fixed, the hotel moved us to an upstairs room. It was a huge improvement from the previous one; the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, both with large windows that opened, offering a great view.

GGuest UserAlthough I received my booking confirmation from a third party, somehow I missed important check-in information from the hotel which is keyless and has no onsite reception. Through the kindness of strangers, we were able to get into the foyer where there was a number to contact. It’s advertised as a 24hr reception but it’s important guests know it’s a remote reception. Once I got onto the receptionist, he was able to send me the important message with the check-in information. As we were heading out for dinner we were able to assist another couple who were experiencing the same problem. Overall, it was a good stopover. We had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed, however, there were no bedside lamps for reading and the one wall lamp near the bed didn’t work. The shower was hot and the location is excellent for access to a variety of great restaurants.

LLettyThis was great for an overnight stay close to the airport. It doesn't look like much from the outside however the room was excellent. Usually when you book online you don't always get what you hope for. This room was terrific. I especially liked how quiet it was and how comfortable the bed was. There is not much near by for food and the restaurant was open for breakfast. Airport shuttle was not available when I was there however taxi and uber are cheap as it is close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I would book again.
