The hotel's environment and facilities are all great, but the service attitude at the front desk was a bit disappointing. It's clear they lack proper training. First, I mentioned that my Ctrip reservation indicated a welcome gift upon arrival, which required calling an hour in advance to book. So I called, and the front desk agent said those were only for in-store promotions. I told her I wasn't aware of that and only knew it was written in my order, and *then* she said I could come to the front desk to pick it up. Second, when we checked out today, I wanted to take a picture of the parking QR code (because yesterday, after scanning it once, I found it didn't work when I tried to leave the parking lot). I had called the front desk to ask them to input it and open the gate for me yesterday. Today, to avoid bothering them, I took out my phone to photograph the parking code. Immediately, she held up a sign and said I couldn't take pictures. I explained it was a precautionary measure because I was worried it wouldn't work downstairs, and she just said to contact the enterprise WeChat butler for any issues. I told her that their butler hadn't replied to me since I added them at 10 PM last night, which was over 12 hours ago! At this point, the front desk agent looked very impatient 🙄, so I just gave up. Therefore, a good corporate environment relies heavily on staff training, especially for the front desk (the housekeeping and laundry staff upstairs had a much better attitude than her, haha). I hope there will be improvements.

The room was pretty good; the bathtub, bedding, and bathroom amenities were all very clean. The slippers were comfortable, and there was even a dryer. However, there was no bath liner for the tub, and it was a bit slippery, so you had to be very careful. The East Station itself is a bit out of the way, but the hotel is quite close to the station. Breakfast is advertised to start at 7:30 AM, but when I went down, there were only a few dishes available, and the cake that was brought out was still frozen...

The room was great, a standard room is perfect when traveling with kids. The decor is simple and modern, which is lovely, and it looks really clean. The location is also pretty good; we've stayed here for two days now and everything has been very convenient. It's close to everything, so staying here multiple nights saves you the hassle of moving around.

Came back to the hotel feeling a bit hungry in the evening, and luckily, they had beef ball and goji berry congee. It was absolutely delicious! Warm and comforting for the stomach, definitely my top choice for a late-night snack, even better than the congee at Pingxi Night Market!

The breakfast selection was abundant, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The location is close to bus and subway stops, and right across from Blue Whale World.

The room was grand, tastefully designed, cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home! There are many smart features in the room waiting for you to discover (smart curtains, smart toilet, and adjustable lighting).

Conveniently located, just a few minutes from the subway, with various restaurants nearby. It's a great value-for-money budget hotel. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady who was incredibly warm and kind! The front desk staff were also very friendly and even lent us a charger.

I booked a 7-night stay. On the third day, I asked for a change of sheets and duvet covers. When I returned at 9:30 PM, I found they had only been spread out, not actually changed. The room smelled terrible, so I had to clean the floor myself. The first day was fine, but in the following days, the room always reeked and had bugs, especially the room with a fake window which had no ventilation and poor soundproofing. The front desk staff were very nice though! However, even after changing rooms, it was still not clean, smelling of stinky feet, urine, and even durian! Both adults and children got rashes and mosquito bites.

Front desk staff Xiao Liang was very patient, quickly processed my check-out and invoice. The room's mattress was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. It's also very convenient being close to the airport. Highly recommended!
