The room was quiet and clean, the location was convenient for getting around, and it offered great value for money. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed, pillows, and duvet were all very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was late when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk upgraded the room type for free. Thumbs up!
The Supreme Room is indeed big enough, cleaned well, and the decoration style is what I like.
I checked later and found that there are more Juzuo hotels in Zhengzhou, and not many in other places. But I think these facilities are enough to compete with Juzi, Atour, and Four Seasons hotels!
I wish the boss good fortune, and I will stay away from here next time I go on a business trip!

This store really exceeded expectations too much, you must come and praise it seriously! The environment is clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is particularly comfortable. It is suitable for both coming by yourself and gathering with friends. The service attitude is super intimate, the clerk is warm and patient, and the whole process makes people feel very relaxed. The quality of the dishes/goods is online, the materials are real, the taste/effect is completely worthy of the price, and the price/performance ratio is full. The details are particularly well done, and it can be seen that the store is very careful in operating. There is no place to step on thunder, every place is satisfactory, I have silently joined my frequent list, I will definitely come again next time! I really recommend it to everyone, I will never be disappointed here, a proper treasure shop!

I have always stayed at Juzuo Hotel in Zhengzhou. This is the first one in Xinxiang. I thought the chain brand's standards and services must be the same. I was not disappointed. I brought my luggage and before I entered the lobby, the beautiful girl at the front desk came to help me with my luggage. When I walked to the front desk, the welcome tea was already delivered to me. I was very touched.
After arriving in the room, razors, slippers, bathrobes. It was even more complete. I like to drink tea, so it was also equipped with tea sets and tea leaves. In addition, there is a small detail, each room has four bottles of mineral water, and. Most importantly. If it is not enough, you can ask the front desk to send two more bottles. I am very satisfied. I hope Juzuo will get better and better

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的
