Impressive. We checked in late and were greeted warmly by the officer at the door, who even offered to carry our luggage even though it was clear we could manage. Hair dryer and clothes iron are available upon request. Hot water worked well. The only downside was the showerhead; the water pressure was strong and the spray was too concentrated, which made it a bit uncomfortable. A gentler, rain-style showerhead would improve the experience.

Food:
The food was okay, but the kuya in charge of the dining hall was courteous and very friendly, which made the dining experience pleasant.

Area:
The hotel is right along the main road, so noise can be noticeable, especially if your room faces the street. If you’re sensitive to noise, it’s best to request a room located away from the roadside.

Cons: This room feels like an old hotel. Several items in the room appear worn out. First, the utensils looks old; there are visible markings inside the mug and the water heater shows some sighs of rust.  Second, the toilet and bidet are a little difficult to use. Lastly, the door is hard to open and close. 

Pros: The reception is welcoming. It also has a good ambience.

The specifications i requested were all provided, one with two single beds for my daughter and i. The location was also advantageous as it was a mere 10 minutes walk to the venue of the event that we were going to attend. 

The breakfast was likewise value for money 👍 Thank you 🥰

Great location and services from ground staff especially the bellhop and housekeeping.
The only problem is the smell coming from the carpet. That’s the only issue we have during our stay that it triggers my asthma. But good job for quickly rectifying the issue, moving us to another room. 
Over all, I am a very satisfied guest. Will come back soon to your hotel.
