"My first time in Boracay was in 2012 with friends and we stayed in La Carmela De Boracay. I remember it was only their main building back then. Recently went back to the island and decided to book here again so my family can try it. We got the premier deluxe room, which is located at the extension of the resort hotel. Elevator's usually traffic because there was a convention group during our stay. Free w-fi kept on disconnecting too. This means ”working from home” is not ideal unless you have your own internet connection. Also, it's a little hassle [for my brother] as they didn't have their own smoking area. Our room is okay for 5 persons. For some reason, we were given four bath towels only. We requested for another one but we had to ask three times before getting it. Not sure why tho we called the reception a number of times and they were very easy to talk to. My parents loved the pool and breakfast buffet everyday. On our last day, we woke up with water in our room due to heavy rain but it was taken care of right away. If you're on a budget and looking for a beachfront hotel in Station 2, you can consider this place. Even though there were a few minor problems, we enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights. It is recommendable esp. the staff are all professional. It is 5/5!

We loved our stay at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay. The resort is gorgeous: multiple pools, a clean private beach cove, lots of greenery, and a generally calm, upscale vibe away from the crowds. Huge thanks to the staff—when we didn’t like our first (older) room, they were understanding and promptly moved us to a newer room. That flexibility really made our stay.
What we loved
Spacious, modern room after the move; comfy bed and strong A/C.
Beautiful pools and a well-kept private beach area.
Peaceful grounds ideal for relaxing after island activities.
Friendly, helpful team (front desk, housekeeping, and drivers).
What could be better
The resort is very spread out. You often need a buggy/shuttle to get around, and at busy times you may wait a bit.
Location is far from White Beach/D’Mall, so quick trips to town take planning (shuttle or taxi).
Older rooms (the first one we saw) show wear and could use refreshing.
Wi-Fi can be patchy in some buildings.
Breakfast is fine, but the variety gets repetitive on longer stays.
On-site food and services are convenient but priced higher than in town.
Bottom line
On a discounted rate, Fairways & Bluewater is excellent value if you want space, a private beach, and a quieter setting. Tip: request a newer room near the pool/restaurant you’ll use most to reduce shuttle time. Big thanks to the staff for going the extra mile—we’d happily return."

We stayed at Henann Lagoon from August 2 to 4, 2025, in room 541. One evening, I ordered room service consisting of a salmon steak, a Henann salad, and two bottles of San Miguel Light. I was shocked to discover, after eating just three bites of the salad, that there was a rusty old screw under the lettuce.
I immediately called the staff to report the issue. The server came to clean up and saw the screw himself, but he did not apologize. He only said he would check with the kitchen. What’s more disappointing is that no one from the hotel followed up with us during the rest of our stay — no apology, no explanation, not even a mention of the incident.
It is deeply concerning to encounter such a basic and dangerous mistake in a hotel that’s part of a well-known chain.
That said, aside from this issue, the rest of our experience was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though I avoided eating any more salad afterwards. Special mention to the kimchi — it was delicious."

"The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine."

"The location is great and staff is so accommodating. But i have some area of concern and that is the service. I talk to front office regarding special set up for our 1st wedding anniversary for dinner buffet . The staff inform me to approach the la fiesta staff for some set up, i proceed to the restaurant and inform them if they can set up some cake for our dinner and i receive a positive feedback. I book at 7 pm but we enter the resto ahead of time cause i want my wife to spent our special dinner date with the kids, while we are eating i am expecting that they will also accommodate my request due to many special celebration was happening already in the premises. I waited more than 1 hr hoping that we will also accommodate our request but sadly no one approach us. But i am thankful for jenny for keeping our room clean and provide our request, hope we will back again soon"

"My family had a really nice stay at Azalea. The location was strategic, just 3mins walk from the hotel. Near savemore, ATM and 10mins away from d’mall by foot. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. The breakfast in Kuya J restaurant had variety of food. And the best part was the customer service. The hotel staff are great. They attend to all of our request.
Just one thing I think that needs improvement, smell of the pillows. But overall, all’s good."

Getting to and Around Boracay Island
Boracay Island is served by two main gateways: Caticlan Airport (Godofredo P. Ramos Airport), the closest at about 6 km from Caticlan Jetty Port, and Kalibo International Airport, around 70 km away.
From Caticlan Airport, it’s a short tricycle ride to the jetty port, followed by a 10–15 minute boat trip to Boracay. From Kalibo, expect a 1.5–2 hour van or bus ride to Caticlan before taking the boat.
Once on the island, the most common ways to get around are by e-trike (electric tricycle), walking along the beachfront paths, or hiring a motorbike. Most hotels can also arrange transfers from the airport to your accommodation.

CCallum TOverall a disappointing stay with Crimson. It started off bad and really never improved sadly.
Our flight into Caticlan was delayed 5 hours, arriving at 19:30. I was in communication with Crimson throughout the delay updating them on our progress and estimated arrival time. They had warned me that they don’t organise transfers after 8pm. However, upon arrival they had left us to transit to the hotel via a third party provider. This provider was fine, and did their job, but it was a transfer that involved stopping at 3 other hotels - very much not the private 5 star experience we had been promised, taking 1 hour and a half. The fact they did not wait until 8pm, when other resorts were prepared and waiting, was a big disappointment. The transfer was eventually provided for free after our experience - which to be honest is the bare minimum. It’s insane I even had to pay for the transfer considering most 5 star hotels would provide this for free.
Whilst the rooms were fine, the service was extremely disappointing throughout. Check-in took ages, and for some reason there is no aircon in anywhere outside the restaurants and rooms, so we were stuck sweating after an 8 hour journey whilst waiting the 30 minutes to check in. Additionally, every single request we made was either ignored or took ages. I had requested decorations in the room to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, but received nothing. I managed to get things organised whilst there, but after requesting matches to light a candle, these never arrived. Add on the fact we would have to request water multiple times before any showed up and it was all just very frustrating.
We had booked a sea view room, but were unable to fully enjoy it as it was located directly in front of the infinity pool, with guests able to see directly into the privacy of our bedroom due to the lack of any noticeable tinting on the windows. The rooms were also not soundproofed, and we had to wake up early every day to the sounds of screaming children using the pool in front of our room.
No amenities were on offer - no access to water bottles without requesting or paying, no access to coffee without paying, no welcome or departure drinks, no free water on the beach (which is seriously just dangerous).
Crimson certainly has a 5 star beach and sea. The access to the beach is superb and the sand and sea were typically excellent, but it’s not as if Crimson has control over these things. In fact despite the environmental fee, I regularly saw some litter in the sea and on the beach.
It felt very budget in the way they treat you. There are shuttles to the centre but these run almost every 3 hours and are often packed, offered on a first come first serve basis. Every little thing is charged too. For a check out at 12pm instead of 11am, it’s 2000PHP. There’s no way to charge anything to rooms to pay upon check out (like every other hotel) if you do not have a credit card. Debit cards are no good for the deposit apparently.
We just stayed at Piece Lio in El Nido, which was far far far superior.
It’s a real shame because Crimson does not do service to a terrific sea and stunning location. It may be the most modern 5 star hotel on the island but honestly just pay the extra and go to the Shangri-La.
It’s almost as if they knew how bad it was. We weren’t even asked how our stay was upon checking out, as if they were dreading the answer. It felt like an American diner leaving, where they just wanted us out the room as quickly as possible to make space for their next cash cow. We even arrived at the airport 3 hours early for a domestic flight for some reason.

马马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch.
A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us.
I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

AAnonymous UserHad an amazing stay at Hue Hotel Boracay! The place is super stylish and clean, with a cool indoor pool and great vibes all around. It’s in a perfect spot—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and D’Mall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfy with fun, colorful decor. Definitely a great mix of chill and convenience. Would totally stay here again!

DDonna Marie Pellecer-Main AccountLoved our experience! Even it is far from the long beach, the stay is super worth it. If you want peace and quiet, this is the best place to stay. You can spend time with the nature. There is also a free ride going to the long beach depending on the schedule. It is near Ilig-Iligan Beach. Just 5 mins walk. And Puka is near too but you have to ride an e-tricycle if you are not able to catch up the free ride.

GGuest UserMy husband and I really loved our stay at Belmont Hotel Boracay. As introverts, we appreciated the quiet and exclusivity of the Newcoast area—it felt like our own little peaceful corner of the island. We even started calling it “the pretty part of Boracay.”
It was my husband’s first time visiting, and I’m so glad I chose Belmont. The whole experience was just wonderful. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, there weren’t tons of options, but everything they served was fresh and tasty. We definitely went back for seconds!
What stood out the most was how clean and calm the beach was. Compared to White Beach, Newcoast felt way more relaxed and less crowded, which we especially appreciated since the weather wasn’t the best during our trip. It was still such a lovely place to unwind.
Leaving Belmont was honestly a little sad, we felt so at home there. Hopefully we’ll get the chance to come back again someday. Big thanks to the entire Belmont team for making our stay so special!

GGuest UserI highly recommend Le Soliel to all my friends. Its been s great 4D3N vacation and its all worth it! The room, the amenities the buffet breakffast, plus the great ambiance of thier beachfront property. Its strategically located at station2 located in between vhub and dmall, food hub just near, 24hrs hospital on the side and c⁸linic at the back, etrike just a few meters away so you dont need to go far and look for better, because the best is within your reach. GGuest UserStayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.
