"Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too.
Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre.
The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉"

"Top class cleanliness. Well equipped amities. Room looks exactly like photo. Location is a bit far from downtown. But they have shuttle bus for prime location (Free of charges). They can also pick up from location (check schedule in photo).
Very much recommended for all type of travelers. Pool with fantastic view. Bread shop have promotion after 6pm. Breakfast is top class. Well equipped GYM. Much more to say."

"Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all"

"I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent."

"The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok"

"There is no hot water in the bathroom, no shampoo, no drinking water, no daily cleaning of the room (during a 3 night stay), even though the room is quite comfortable but cleanliness is lacking because the sheets and pillowcases are not changed, and the room is not swept, a lot dust/ash... 🙏"

MMuhammad Sadiq Bin SamsudinHotel is located near Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal. Gojek trip from Mega Mall Batam Centre (opposite ferry terminal) to the hotel is about 2km and cost Rp18500 ($1.45) before discount.
Hotel is newly built thus the place is well maintained as expected. Check in supposed to be after 2pm. Went there at 1pm but room wasn’t ready. They have a musollah and kids playroom which one can use while waiting for the room to be ready.
We booked 3 rooms and had made request for rooms to be close to each other during the booking. Unfortunately, the hotel is not able to arrange the rooms accordingly since it is the peak period and the hotel is fully occupied. All 3 rooms are located at 3 different levels (10, 12 & 17). Since the floor require card access, it is almost impossible to go to each other’s room without getting someone from the room to escort. Do take this into consideration if you intend to book multiple rooms.
Additionally, we manage to get only 1 room during the official check in time i.e. 2pm. Our 3rd room was only ready at close to 5pm. The hotel is able to safekeep your luggage if you prefer to continue with your day instead of waiting for your rooms to be ready.
The rooms are spacious and you can watch a variety of channels on the TV. Some drilling works can be heard at night but fortunately it was quick. It lasted less than a minute. After all, this is a new hotel so some works can be expected.
Breakfast is beyond expectation. First time seeing instant noodle counter and live grill station for breakfast. Food is awesome especially the roasted duck and cakes. They have hot chocolate which is an added bonus. They also have different soups for your noodles. Place is big but can get busy during peak period. On Sunday morning at 0830am, queue started to build up as people are waiting for seats to be available. Luckily we had went in earlier. The staffs are proactive in finding available seats for them.
Since the breakfast is good, some people stayed longer to try out the different selections. You will need to go earlier or slightly later to avoid the crowd. Monday morning breakfast was relatively empty so no issues with the timing.
Swimming pool size is decent and big enough for kids to enjoy. Gym seems to be well equipped. Did not try out the spa so cannot comment on it.
Nearest shopping mall is One Batam Mall. You can walk on the cycling track from the mall to the hotel. It is a straight road. The only hurdle will be to cross the road as the hotel is on the opposite side of the road. The mall is fairly new so some parts of it is still under renovation.
If you want to go to other malls, can easily get a ride through Grab, Gojek or Bluebird. I find myself using Gojek more as the prices are relatively cheaper. It might not always be the case so do your own research. Prices should be around $2-$3 per trip.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

LLowIreneI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – it's just a short walk to shopping malls, great places to eat, and even nearby massage shops, which made everything super convenient. The breakfast was also a highlight – plenty of variety and delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we needed to weigh our luggage, they kindly guided us downstairs and made sure we had everything we needed. On a rainy day, they even let us borrow umbrellas – such thoughtful service really made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

RRainbowsIt's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

SShuTingI chose Montigo Resort Nongsa to celebrate my partner's birthday, and honestly, they made it special. I left a note mentioning that it was my partner's birthday and the team truly went the extra mile to surprise him in the evening with a birthday cake with candles all ready, and even a sweet ”Happy Birthday” spelt out with flowers on our bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, huge props to the team for that effort!
The view from our private pool at night is stunning. It was so peaceful with sky full of stars and we were able to see the lights of Singapore across the water from our room. The resort location isn't exactly convenient as it sits outside of the Batam central area where all the malls are at, but this is definitely the place for a quiet and chillax weekend getaway.
The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the breakfast spread and water. The breakfast was below standard type of bad in terms of taste and available selection for a resort of this price point. More importantly is that we did notice quite some small black bits floating around in the pool, and the water for the bathtub had this yellow tinge (we leave it running for 20 min and it's still slightly yellow, and the water flowing out turned cold after 20 min). Although, these weren't a huge deal-breaker cause both of us don't use the bathtub, but it's something I think the resort should seriously look into if they are positioning themselves as a high-end resort.
Overall though, despite that the issues, our stay at Montigo Nongsa was fantastic. The amazing service, especially that lovely birthday surprise, and those incredible nighttime views completely won us over. If they can just sort out the water situation, it would be absolutely top-notch. We're already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!

The weakness is the sound proofing, especially our room is beside the main road. Quite annoying with the motobike sound, & cant sleep well. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.

JJamezThis hotel has 2 building, choose the taller side for newer rooms. Choose high floor as lower floors are KTV than SPA. Location is good food/market/Mall/ massage shop are all nearby. Room 802 needs maintaining . Blackout/ aircon no power/ door
