Hotel Elite Kyoto Station

They helped me find my lost phone, which I'm very grateful for. The hotel front desk staff had excellent service, and the cleanliness was also superb!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenience stores and parking nearby. It's also within walking distance to Kyoto Station.

Upon checking in, I happened to encounter a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese, which made communication incredibly smooth. They were also very friendly when I had questions. Because I had an injured foot, I called downstairs to ask about something, and even though the person who answered didn't speak Chinese and we couldn't communicate effectively, they immediately sent someone who did to help. The service was truly excellent!

The room is quite small, but that's clear when you book it. The hotel is super clean, and the staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. The shower water pressure is excellent. If you don't want to be disturbed, they leave clean towels at your door and empty your trash if you leave it outside. It's also just a short walk from Kyoto Station.

Excellent hotel at an affordable price! We stayed here for 2 days. The room, though small, was very cozy, and we got one with a view of Kyoto Tower. The staff were very friendly. We really appreciated the free drinks in the lobby and fresh pastries in the mornings. Just note that you'll need to pay the tourist tax in cash when checking in. I'd happily come back here again!

They offer complimentary drinks and coffee on the first floor. The room, while not huge, has everything you need, and the air conditioning works great. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station.
