Thanks for the clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. The view from the window is wonderful. In the evening, we managed to taste delicious noodles while admiring the evening city. Special thanks LIUXIAOMEI for the help with the extension of the ordered rooms. The staff does not speak English, but using a smartphone will help solve any problems and questions. They also helped me top up alipay, which helped me a lot due to the unexpected cancellation of my flight.

The hotel is conveniently located, not too rowdy. The service & ammenities are great. Everything that u need, housekeeping is good but can be better, ie they did not replenish the toilet rolls, we stayed in a family room for 4 pax, the usage is high. But overall i would give a 9/10.

Very nice and clean hotel. Located right by the old wall it’s easy to get around. The tea was an incredible touch at check in. Breakfast is good, just make sure to book the correct amount of breakfasts. It’s a bit confusing that it gives you one person included when booking for two people. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is five minutes’ car to the Drum Tower. The 23-floored hotel provides hot spring bathing. Guests who accommodate in this hotel can enjoy free hot spring swimming at the indoor hot spring swimming pool with a room card.

Overall check-in to check-out was satisfactory with all front desk’s helpful staffs. Hotel location is convenient & clean. Breakfast is also ok. The only set back is the hotel’s free terra-cotta worrier guide (doesn’t include entrance tickets and others), which is some sort of like a gimmick to lure us into engaging with the hotel’s tour agency/agent on their package. We opted for the tour package after being convinced by the agent in the name of the hotel, and we even cancelled our earlier pre-booked package, however; the entire tour experience with the hotel’s agency was nothing to shout about. And I believe we can get better tour options from others. They also did some up-sell & cross-sell of other attractions/souvenirs during our journey. The package inclusive of lunch, but the lunch buffet was a joke. Rice/noodle with all vegetarian dishes - that’s all & no water/drinks. The main disappointment was they only briefly & quickly brought us through the entire terra-cotta 1, 2, & 3 pits and the bronze horse cart. But they did not bring us to the latest built 50th anniversary gallery which is supposed to be the main highlight. It’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your time on their tour package in the name of their hotel despite looking attractive. The hotel shouldn’t engage such tour agency to tarnish the branding unnecessarily even though it could be under same company.
