Xi'an Hotels with Balcony

The hotel room is very clean, and the items are neatly arranged. The bathroom and shower are separated for wet and dry areas, making the stay comfortable and reassuring. The front desk staff, Renee is also very warm and welcoming—highly recommended! The staff is very helpful, and I really like this place. The breakfast is delicious, the view is beautiful, and everything is great! If I have the opportunity to visit Xi’an again in the future, I will definitely stay here again. 酒店房间卫生很好，物品摆放井然有序，卫生间和淋浴间干湿分离，住得安心、舒心。前台妮妮也非常热情，强烈推荐！工作人员也非常乐于助人，我很喜欢这里。早餐美味，风景优美，一切都很棒！如果以后有机会再来西安，我一定会再次入住。

I am absolutely delighted with the hotel. The room I booked is large and spacious, and although there are no windows in my room, it doesn't affect me at all. There is daily cleaning, and the smell in the hotel and hallways is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfasts are excellent. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter, where there are many diverse cafes. The metro is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The price is very affordable for December. I highly recommend this hotel!

Thanks to the previous feedback. We selected this hotel by the cleanliness, location and the hospitality and it is all true. Walking distance to mall, lots of eateries, the city wall and famous morning market too. Highly recommended as the place is not on busy street so you can get a peaceful sleep. Really falling for the exec room, it is spacious enough. Also taking cab is also convenient, taxi passes by frequently like one every few minutes. Lastly a big thanks to the team who welcome us during the check-in on 10/10/24. I had an overnight flight and arriving hotel at 12 noon, the front desk is kind enough to allow me check-in earlier for a rest. Also, to the front desk team who manage our check-out on 15/10/24 around 10am. I need to apologies that did not note down your name. I hope that the management are appreciating your effort. Definitely will recommend whoever wants to visit Xi'an to stay here. Hope I can return to this wonderful hotel stay again, cheers.

I want to express my thanks to the awesome staff of the hotel. They are extremely friendly and helpfull. The hotel is clean . You can imagine that the rooms condition is a little bit older than the pictures. Nevertheless the cleanliness is ok. You can expect a Chinese style breakfast but enough also for eastern demands on low level. There is coffee egg and toast together with some tomato. On the other hand they are a variety of Chinese dishes like rice sausage pastries . You are extremely near to the drum tower and Muslim quarters and can reach also easily the bell tower and the city wall. Didi and Alipay works over the entire city. The hotel is also near to the metro station. I personally didn’t experience the metro ride. The hotel have also a pickup and drop off taxi service to the airport. The price is reasonable compared with didi premium rides.

Pros - Perfect location, right in front of Xi'an bell tower, 10m from metro entrance. Great range of breakfast bar (starts at 7am) from chinese dishes, pastry, yogurt, soy milk, coffee, to local delights order counter as well. Taste good. Free tea break from 2pm to 4pm. Packed breakfast service with pastries available if unable to dine in due to super early trip schedule. Clean & comfortable bed. Room space is acceptable. All toiletrie, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush etc. were provided. Front desk responsive on feedback/enquiries. Having temporary luggage storage service after check out. Cons - Do Not Disturb button not functioning after taking out the room card. Cleaner in my room when we were temporarily out for breakfast and our belongings were exposed that time.

Services: The hotel arrival experience was average; some staff members were friendly, while others came across as quite stern. The person who assisted with my luggage seemed a bit unfriendly, which made me hesitant to ask him any questions. The rest of the staff were generally fine, though. I appreciated the birthday cake and the decorations in my room, which certainly added to the experience. However, the overall warmth and hospitality from the staff were lacking. One moment that I found slightly insulting was when a staff member asked me if I had taken their hotel room pouch while I was waiting for my taxi to my next hotel. It felt as though they suspected me of theft. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and shower caps, and I was too fatigued from jet lag to request them. Fortunately, I had packed my own toothbrush. Restaurant: The restaurant staff provided a much better service than the hotel staff. They were polite and accommodating, in contrast to the person who assisted me with my luggage and drove the golf cart. His tone was quite off-putting, making him seem unapproachable and even confrontational at times. Facilities: The bathroom was somewhat dated, with some corners showing signs of mold. The room itself was a bit dimly lit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private onsen and the performance of ”长恨歌!” 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Conclusion: The money spent was well worth it for the private onsen and the VIP tickets to the ”长恨歌” show! It was truly a fantastic experience and well worth seeing.

This time I stayed in Xi'an for a short time. I had a pleasant stay. The furnishings in the room were the Chinese style I liked. They also upgraded me to a room with a garden. I was in a good mood every day when I woke up. The location of the B&B is also very good. It takes 3 or 4 minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a very lively Dongcangmen morning market next to it. There is a laundry room inside. Because I washed clothes very late the day before, they put my clothes at the door in advance when I said I had an early flight the next day. It was very considerate. After leaving the hotel, I was given a souvenir. I really don't regret choosing this B&B. It's a pity that I didn't take many photos of the hotel. Sisters can refer to other pictures and comments. The brothers and sisters in the B&B are really nice.

Overall check-in to check-out was satisfactory with all front desk’s helpful staffs. Hotel location is convenient & clean. Breakfast is also ok. The only set back is the hotel’s free terra-cotta worrier guide (doesn’t include entrance tickets and others), which is some sort of like a gimmick to lure us into engaging with the hotel’s tour agency/agent on their package. We opted for the tour package after being convinced by the agent in the name of the hotel, and we even cancelled our earlier pre-booked package, however; the entire tour experience with the hotel’s agency was nothing to shout about. And I believe we can get better tour options from others. They also did some up-sell & cross-sell of other attractions/souvenirs during our journey. The package inclusive of lunch, but the lunch buffet was a joke. Rice/noodle with all vegetarian dishes - that’s all & no water/drinks. The main disappointment was they only briefly & quickly brought us through the entire terra-cotta 1, 2, & 3 pits and the bronze horse cart. But they did not bring us to the latest built 50th anniversary gallery which is supposed to be the main highlight. It’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your time on their tour package in the name of their hotel despite looking attractive. The hotel shouldn’t engage such tour agency to tarnish the branding unnecessarily even though it could be under same company.

The location is walkable to places but still a bit far and nothing much around the area.  The soundproof in the room was not great because I kept hearing the people next door banging their doors and I could hear the bells from the adjacent building.

The Huiyuan Jinjiang International Hotel is very centrally located. Walking distance to the subway and many convenience stores. The room was quite big and fitted the three of us with our big luggages well. Unfortunately the central heating was not on and the room was very cold (18degrees celsius) in November. They brought us extra blankets, but it was not very comfortable to stay in a cold room. There was also a bad smell coming out of the toilet.
